Hi @ADDMARIAE Thank you for your reply. It was very helpful. I have removed HR Application Manager check box and checked Include Subordinates check box. Now the finance user can see time sheets of all employees and it is not allowed to add or delete time sheets. It is perfect. But I noticed that still finance user can edit the time sheet. As I shown below, finance user can click the edit button and change the project and report codes when the time sheet is in “Confirmed” status. Do you know any functionality to block this as well. Do we need to create employee file for IFSAPP?And even HR Managers are not allowed to authorize or remove authorize time sheets. I assume that there should be separate configuration for this. Hi @TopMalinG, This set up will depend on the basic data on Time Registration Employee Time Base’. If you have Job hour Control Wage Hours for your employee, job section will be on the top. Otherwise, it will be on the lower part. For example, Clocking Control Wage Hours will set the wage hours section to the top. @TopMalinG Hi Malinda, I came across the same issue and did a technical investigation on this, and found out that this is due a bugfix 162512 which is patched in UPD16. in that bug fix, there is a CURSOR ‘get_emp_absences’ is introduced in ‘Absence_Registration_API.Regenerate_Absence’ method where it takes the absence records not only for the day of absence, but before and after days as below in the screen shot. And to clarify that you are getting the same issue, please answer few questions. If customer using application version UDP16 or later? As per my investigation, this will happen when you do the time registration in Time Card window for the day when the next day is an Absence. for eg: 14th of October is already an absence day in the Absence window and when you are trying to add a time registration on 13th of October in the Time Card window for the same emp no, the limit used will be removed. is this the scenario for you?
