Issue while connecting lines to load list.

Hello community,We are using IFS version 8.While creating invoice user first reserves the stock then performs report reserved quantity as picked.Then when he checks this picked line then he don’t find these lines but when I check through IFSAPP user login then I found it.I am not able to find out this issue.Can somebody help. Shop Order Trigger

Hello Community,We are using IFS version 8.We are having Inventory parts of below series:-ASPLMOFGThese parts are users by different manufacturing departments.While doing shop orders user of one department is able to create shop order for parts which are of another department.I need to restrict the access for creation of other department parts shop orders from users.Can you provide any triggers code/logic to overcome this issue.

Does IFS consider Expiration date in the issuing hierarchy in Manufacturing?

If the system has more than one location with different expiration dates, does the expire date be set as the issuing hierarchy, for automatic issue (backflush), in manufacturing?

Splittable workorders in PSO in combination with Compatible Unit (APPS9)

Dear Forum, We are trying to use the Compatible Unit, with workorders (MWO) and the PSO to generate Splittable Work Orders (orders that take longer than a working day, e.g. the PSO will plan a workorder that has an operation of 40 hours on 5 different days of work containing 8 working hours). While testing the splittable workorders (PSO V6.5.0.27, IFS APPS V9.0.52.0 and mWO 3.16.2.1) we encounter a problem when trying to finish a splitted workorder (so finish one day of work, NOT THE ENTIRE WORKORDER).We see that the PSO has a workorder status 68, which means that the visit is complete, so one day of work is complete, we miss this workorder status in IFS APPS V9, can someone help us with this? PSO Administrator permission has been disabled?Default Administrator account for which permission has been disabled by mistake. So how to retrieve it back.Because of disable we are not able to access all the function.

Check Release For Customer Order

We are trying to create an Order Approval Route. We added a custom menu to copy the approval template to customer orders. The salesman is preparing the sale and sending for approval after that each department approving when the template is completed, the event is releasing the order. The problem is we want to check is there any error to release while creating the approval route like configuration or delivery date etc. Is there any opinion to something like check release or like in methods (p5 → DO, Check)?

Aurena Custom Page browse from Navigator

I created a custom page based on a projection in Aurena. I added it to the Navigator using Navigator Designer. The entry shows up in Navigator and when I click it the page shows the page title but without any content. If I go into Page Designer I see my page content. If I make a change, save, publish, revert change, save, publish, and exit Page Designer the content displays. I am on IFS 10 update 9. Is this a known issue or is there a workaround? This only applies to a custom pages and I don’t see this behavior with Standard pages.

Incorrect distribution order quantity?

I’m trying to put in a shop order for 100 units of a final assembly which uses 1 each of a component we receive from another location within our own company. Because the component is used in multiple assemblies, and 20 were already on order for a different final assembly part number, the shop order is only driving a distribution order for 80. Those 20 were already allocated to another project, but that association is only through a note, and there is no way to assign parts acquired through a DO to a project until they are received at our site. We need 120 components total for 2 different final assemblies but IFS sees the 20 already on order as available units and is therefore not demanding the correct quantity. Is there a way to change the quantity of a Distribution Order to correct this shortfall?

IFS doesn´t show real box format - CRYSTAL

Hello, my name is Oskar Conde and i have a problem with crystal report and IFS. When I use a condition in a box format the crystal report shows the correct result, but IFS print job show the default format. In IFS the format dissapears, like the condition is not true

Project on voucher after project completion

Dear all, After the completion of a project (Financials → Project Accounting → Project) via RMB Project Completion the project isn't transferd to the create P voucher when I look at the voucher detail analysisThe credit amount is booked with the expected transaction GP3. The debet amount however is booked with the transaction PROJECTREPOSTING where the transaction PROJECT is expected. In the setup of the posting controls GP3 is et-up as follow The result of the completion is: Must this be defined at the project groups? Is this then defined for all projects?

IFS APPS: Cannot connect to OData

Good day madam or sir,I am figuring out how I can make a connection with IFS through OData.Environment SetupIt is a IFS APPS 10.6 demo license, installed on a VPS. I have created a user with full admin level, just like the ifsapp user. Windows Server 2016 Standard, version 1607. Windows Firewall: The port 48080 inbound and outbound rules are open / set to allow. There is no IIS installed. It is accessed via an IP address. And it is accessed via the same address that is added to the Windows hosts file with a name like: “https://aname-vps:48080”.Test ResultI have been able to create a new access token with help of Postman when I access it via the hosts file entry. When applying the token, I am receiving “Error 401--Unauthorized” or “403 Forbidden”.The request requires user authentication. I need to change the DDLB values when i click on a new button. Based on a header attribute I want to populate a tab listview column(combo box) with certain types of data relevant to the header attribute. I tried client scripting but I couldn’t see and methods that allows me to do it. Any suggestions?

Manufacturing and distribution sites

We have different manufacturing companies in IFS that are individual legal entities. We also have sites that fulfill customer orders from other manufacturing companies but do not manufacture themselves (distribution site). How can we keep fulfilling orders from the distribution site yet realize the gains in the manufacturing site P&L? Is this setup possible in IFS? If yes, how should we setup our companies and sites?
