Hi!IFS10 Upd 8:In window work task: there is two ways of setting the task to On hold.I want to restrict from setting status to On hold in this window since you dont need to enter a reason for On hold here (reported to IFS). In window Work TaskS you need to enter a reason.I dont want to use permission set here, i want to hide it in the profile.I have unchecked this one: In the window it is now gone which is good. But there is even second way of setting it to onhold.If you right click in the checkbox called “On hold” you get these alternatives: Anyone know how to get rid of this backdoor?/Awe

Hi, Would it be possible to use assortments (caracteristic model, or any other available field on purchase part assortments) to set up Purchase Requisition (PR) rule ? The client request is to apply a PR authorisation rule as per 4 values setted on assortment.Today, they are using “Supplier ID” with these 4 values, so once the user choose a purchase part on the PR with a value on the Suplier Id, the process of PR authorisation is triggered. We took the GDPR module in use in Apps9 and have used it with success. The challenge is making sure the data is solid before taking action. We had a custom quick report in use to see whose personal data would be handled (deleted or anonymized as per configs) and when. This report functions different now in Apps10 and needs to be remade.IFS core functionality for checking the situation beforehand was based on email notification in a way where one message per user per company per data entity (employee, person) per purpose was created. We tried it once and got over 2000 emails and do not want to use it ever again.What other verification methods are you using before the purges?`The aim is to make sure no premature deletions or anonymizations would be made and we’d like to see when and whose data gets handled. This is where the report is a nice way to do it, to have overall view at once whenever needed What other ways you are using? Does IFS Cloud have better core way than Apps9/10?
Apps10 UPD15I have an As-Built structure for a multi-level lot/batch tracked (non-serial) part PZ-000 lot/batch UDF-6, quantity of 1, that looks like this.I released a multi-level repair shop order for PZ-000, lot size = 1. I manually issued lot/batch UDF-6 to the order. The Multilevel Repair Structure, though, shows lot/batch UDF-12 in the tree. What could be the reason? Was this corrected in a later update?

Hi, I would like to create a page to view the project ID, Part No and the state of routings and product structure. I already did it as a datasource and elements in a Lobby (see below) My purpose now is to create a new page configuration. Entity association and the key mapping is working good between Project and Routings. But between Project/Routing and Product Structure it is impossible. Entity Key are not poping in the Key Mapping List (see below)Even if the Entity PART_NO is existing in ProdStrucAlternate. The matching is working on a lobby but not in a projection. Could you please help me how to activate those entities in Product Structre alternate ?

Hello, We are trying to create clustering for our environment.As of now, We have created master node & its up & running without any issue.From there, we created cluster.zip (by running cluster.cmd file) & moved to slave node.From slave node, We try to create the cluster with the help of cluster.zip file.Now, We are unable to create middleware server in slave node & its getting the below error.It will be great to get help from you. Feb 9th 2024, 10.30 am. I can still login to Service Center, but this morning, once I have done that, if I select All Cases from the drop down, I just get an empty screen with a red information message across the top of the screen. Also if I try to report an issue, I end up on that same screen. Have tried clearing browser cache and logging in again, but no luck. How do I request that someone checks the access for my Portal account? It was fine yesterday. What I see. If I go to Cases - All Cases, just get the same empty screen again.Thanks
I am having trouble with granting access to users in Aurena to be able to report scrap on the Shop Order Operations Reporting screen. I have granted them access to ReportComponentScrapHandling but they are still receiving a insufficient privileges error message. Is there something that I am missing?
Exporting data from the Default Packing Instructions Customer Order screen includes the Part number but not the part description, even though it is included in the column. Same goes to the Customer column.

What is the difference between the purchase_receipt and dme_purchase_receipt either API or TAB? We recently installed DME in our APP9 version and are having issues with receiving some type 6 POs. In register PO arrivals screen, Error Message: Field [RECEIPT_NO] is mandatory for Dme Purchase Receipt and requires a value. Receipt No is assigned by IFS at the time of receipt so we cannot receive some PO’s but the majority are received with no error.
