Hi! We have experienced problems with the Share pool getting full. The common dominatiore seems to be that this has happened short time after installation. (3 times). This results in tens of thousans of queries stakking up in share pool memory until full ending up with users cant log on.The two last time we experienced this was in the middle of the night with very limited users (if any) in the system. We are wondering if the installation it self or the configuration of screens after installation could cause this issue. Hi,We havbe an issue whereby the Mobile Device IFS6 u16 doesnt rename file attachments if they are a .docm file extension and they have ‘id_XXXXXX’ (Task ID) at the start ofc the filename (Which gets added by the smart client). The result is that if the filename already exists, the new file attachment on the task will point to the older file with the same filename. JPeg files for example are not affected the same way. Is this a bug? or a ‘feature’? the only work around is to manually rename the file on the device before reattaching it, but sometinmes our engineers forget to do this, and they use the same offline file on their device for multiple tasks (its a test results form) Is there any setting or config we can alter to change this behaviour? We are using the cloud based version, and running 1099’s to test and noticing the NEC form is only printing two per page, and not 3 like the standard is. Guess I’m wondering when it will be updated to 3 per page or if I’m going to have to do it by hand this year? Approaching a week before postmark due date!

Hello, What is the recommended way to deliver an External Navigation Link type custom (i.e custom RMB) command from BnT environment to PROD?I have looked at adding the command to a custom projection configuration but seems like only command actions of PLSQL block can be added (And then add the custom projection to an ACP which can be imported into PROD). When retrieving the report directly in IFS Business Reporter there is no error message and the report is correct but from IFS Cloud I get the below error message.Could it be something with need to clean up cache? We are attempting to use the Time Card functionality (not Time Registration) in IFS Cloud for some administrative employee time keeping. We noticed that when time is entered in My Time Card, we can see the data populated in the view TIME_PERS_DIARY. However, once the time card is Confirmed. The data is removed from TIME_PERS_DIARY and we are unable to figure out where the record gets moved to. We’d like to build some reporting based on the confirmed time card entries. Any ideas?Thanks!
Supplier Payment screen (Screen shot below) is missing from Cloud verison.I have below doubts -Although, the related business transaction can be done through mixed payment but what is the reason to discountinue the process. How previous transaction can be seen in upgraded environment. Note: Similarly, corresponding screen for customer, names - Customer paymeny is also discontinued.
Problem:The complete pricing in SMT is not devided by access-groups.Every country (access-group) can see and adjust all prices. If we create in Part Pricing a new rule, we can see a coloumn Access Group, but can not change/select a Access Group. Requirement: Every country (access-group) should only see and maintain there pricings

Hello, we are currently on IFS Cloud 23R1 and I am setting up a custom event to send data to a Rest API for further automation. I have my custom event and event action set up and I can fire the event successfully, but it appear that IFS is not sending the query parameters that I am asking for. Here’s my event action: On my REST API server, it receives the call to the endpoint, but there is no query parameter attached, and the server returns a 422 Unprocessable Entity: Here is a correct call to the same endpoint with a query parameter from Postman: The API correctly receives and processes the query param from Postman (by just displaying the data in the console. But it never receives any query parameters from IFS Rest call. Is my syntax wrong in my Event Action, or am i missing something else? Thanks!Matt
