We are using production schedules in part of our factory APS10. We are having issues with operators receiving the entire production schedule quantity instead of incremental amounts. There is a check box on the Site record that clears the quantity to report in the approve operation, but it does not work for production schedules. Does anyone know of a solution or workaround to prevent the operator from receiving the entire amount of the production schedule?

Labor transactions after shop order/project closure

Due to an incorrect Op ID entry on a labor transaction, a closed shop order was systematically re-opened to record the entry. Then the transactions errored out because the project was closed. We were able to resolve the posting issues by re-opening the project/shop order and all the steps associated so they could correct the Op ID. In response to this, I am trying to see if there is a way we could prevent this from happening again. I have reviewed as many resources as possible but don’t see anything to help troubleshoot this. Is it possible to prevent a labor transaction from posting when the shop order and/or project is closed through permissions or some other way?

Integration Projection throwing error ODP_DESERIALIZATION_ERROR with complex parameter (List)

Seeing if anyone has run into a similar error when creating an integration projection. If the parameter of the REST service is a complex type List<Structure(MyStructure)>, a ODP_DESERIALIZATION_ERROR error is thrown. If I set the parameter to just a structure Structure(MyStructure) it works fine.

Projection Grants via Data Migration or plsql Scripts

Hi all, Wanted to see if this works or breaks something :) anyone tried it before? I wanted to find an easier way of granting projections if I have that info in a csv file.See attached please.Wonder if I can use those F1 methods to be called from Data Migration or a plsql scripts. Multiple ach remittance for supplier

I am aware of how to attach 1 specific email address to a suppliers account for ACH remittance. However, is there a way to add more than just 1 email for a supplier, or is there a way to assign all the ACH supplier accounts payments a specific email address as our “Admin” to receive a copy in addition to the remittance being sent to the specific suppliers email?

Weight in Intrastat for configurable product

A weight of configurable part depends on configuration. For example one day we produce configurable product, which weight is 120kg. Another day, there is created new “Configuration specification”, and the product weight is 130kg. Is there a functionality in IFS10 to calculate automatically weight of configurable part and insert it in “Configuration specification” LU - field “Net weight”? For example after creating DOP.What is the standard solution in IFS for configurable part in Intrastat? Does the weight in Intrastat come from “Configuration specification” LU - field “Net weight”?

Why is it not possible to Unpublish a quick report

Dear Community!It is currently not possible to unpublish a quick report.When this is clicked one time, for example by mistake, you can not simply revert this. Workaround: Recreate the Quick Report and grant it to the respective Permission Sets. This came up when creating a Quick Report, Publishing it and it was granted to FND_WEBENDUSER_MAIN.And it is not possible to change permissions in this Permission Set as it is IFS Managed. Error: "Startindex cannot be larger than length of string" while validating report

Hi,We recently upgraded our IFS to IFS10, and am attempting to use the Business Reporter functionality in our test version of the application.Using the setup guide provided I was able to set up a simple and basic report.Nothing more than using the GL Balance Information SourceVariables used in the sheet itself: Year, Account, Balance Adding simple text header to the above variables.Filtering the design row to year 2022Repeater on year and account Here I can save and publish without any issues. But then I run into the following issues:When I attempt to Load Report it opens up an empty excel sheet without business reporter. When I look into IFS it does not show up under “Order Report” When attempting to “Download & Validate” I receive the following error: “StartIndex cannot be larger than length of string. Parameter name: startIndex”. I have attempted with multiple different reports and I get this error message each and every time. Is this a known issue that anyone else

Hi, Does DDMRP work with PMRP? Also, would anyone have a broader answer to what functionality DDMRP is not suitable or compatible with, for example, you can’t have a MS Level 1 part set as Planning Method ‘H’ Buffered Part. This was something identified during testing. Thanks in advance

FSM - continuously inserting records in to mm_message_out table

HI,In one of our customer's environments, we’ve noticed an issue of continuously inserting records into the mm_message_out table with high volume.It utilizes most of the process and exceeds the DB session limit as well.So system performance getting very low and users can not log in to the system due to this low performance and consider it as a system down situation.We’ve cleaned up the messages mm_message_out which is beyond the retention period(48 hours) as mentioned in the below community threadFSM Mobile - mm_message_out cleanup process | IFS CommunityBut still, it's not resolved the issue and continuously proceeding insert statements into mm_message_out with high volume. As I know ,normally mm_message_out insertion is not a big issue as it's the standard behavior, But here it's consuming almost all the CPU and sessions.Can anyone help ? -Kelum

We are using IFS 10.We are planning to perform DRC Solution with Carbonite over the AZURE VM.We have Oracle database on a Windows server, whereas IFS environments Middle Ware (MW) server are on Windows servers too. We have Web Crystal Report addition to the Middle Ware (MW) server. Whether IFS already have an experience in Global Client that using IFS Application 10 with CARBONITE REPLICATION DRC solution?We need information and reference from IFS about solutions scenario.For licensing policy need , we also need IFS guidance for both IFS and Oracle licensing for DRC scheme like this.We are looking for guidance or advise on experiences of performing a DR test of IFS environments and what areas we need to consider.

Screen missing after applying update

One of our customers upgraded from FSM 6 U 5 to FSM 6 U16. In U5 they have configured integration log screen by adding additional filed to the search. When the update was applied, the modified screen is no longer available. We see other screens that were changed are available after update install. Have any one seen similar issue?

Sales Part UOM Different than Inventory Part UOM resulting in incorrect "Total Net Weight" on the Customer Order.

We’ve discovered an issue from the looks of it between the net weight entered on the part catalog and the total net weight on the customer order. Our general rule for the part catalog UOM is that we match the inventory UOM as there is no conversion (that we know of) between the part catalog record and the inventory part record. We tend to set our inventory parts up as to how we are going to store/consume the product which we believe is best practice.Either way, one of our parts net weight for a CS (which is our inventory UOM and Part UOM) is 220 lbs. We have this setup to SELL in EA (we have 200 EA/CS and 1 EA is .005 of a CS). What happened is, our customer, who also orders in eaches, put in a desired qty of 2000. It looks like the conversion is not looked at as the total net weight of the order turned out to be 440,000 lbs when it should have been a total of 2,200 lbs. I can get to this number if I multiply the qty requested (220 lbs * .005 conversion gives me my EA weight then multi

FSM 577 Sync Rules - Turning off

Every few weeks sync rule - replications become disabled, instead of saying “stop replications” in the attached screenshot, it will say “start replications”. I have been trying to figure out what is actually causing this behavior, it does not appear that windows updates/restarting the fsm server is a direct trigger. Are there any known causes of this?
