We have one user where their personal profile is not loaded, when looking in Options - User Profile, all the functionality options are greyed out, Reset, Save Profile etc.as per attached image.All other users with same base profile have no issue and personal profiles are working. Both Profiles are enabled.

Rest sender multipart/form data

Calling all IFS REST gurus…Has anyone successfully sent multipart/form-data requests to REST endpoints using IFS standard functionality or do you need to go down the UTL_HTTP route to do this? I seem to get parsing errors whenever i try to send the message using plsql_rest_sender_api.call_rest_endpoint2.

CREATE_OUTPUT_FILE Problems with DATE Fields

Hi,I am trying to export the transponder numbers of the employees. For this I also need the employee's entry date and exit date. For this I have to write a select statement which reads the date.(Select eep.date_of_employmentfrom IFSAPP.EMP_EMPLOYED_TIME_ROW eepwhere eep.emp_no = tp.emp_noand eep.date_of_leaving > sysdate)This works very well in PL/SQL Developer. If I use this select statement in the migration job and use VARCHAR2 as datatype the date fields are also DD.MM.YY. If I use DATE as datatype the job runs into an error and nothing is exported.What am I doing wrong?RegardsAndré

IFS Cloud - Build Place - Access Rights

Hi,what are real Access Rights in Build Place?Our problem is, that Sanity Build does not run automatically, only manual trigger works. I wanted to reschedule it to restart automation. IFS Custom Page LOV - Not able to select more than one record at a time

Hello All,I have created custom page in IFS and added a LOV with a field. When searching for records using this LOV, IFS is allowing to select the multiple records by pressing CTRL or SHIFT but after selection when I click OK then only the last value is coming to the search field.Please help me if you know the solution to overcome this issue.Best Regards,Dhrub

Hi Experts, This issue was already raised in the below community post but there is no proper response received.Creating an attachment in FSM using a secured url response | IFS Community There is a requirement from customer side to send attachment as binary format.(They are using ODATA REST API)Send attachment in binary format Receive attachment/convert it to file Save it in FSM serverAs per the ODATA REST API document, we can use binary in the attachment I have tried below request in Postman with the Binary data for the attachment. This created a new attachment record but there is no actual file attached to that. Is this functionality supported by ODATA REST API? How to achieve this requirement? Thanks and regards,Hasara

Aurena Text Size and Color

Hello,Where can text size and/or text color be adjusted? For example, in attached image, the text under ‘Location No’ and ‘Warehouse’ is too faint and too small, especially when using mobile devices. I’m assuming this is configurable in IFS and not necessarily the machine. Also, changing the theme to Dark or otherwise don’t help. Respectfully,Tony

Modifying authorized hours in Time Reg

Hi all.We’ve noticed users can alter hours and report codes on some of their already authorized hours and the status stays as Authorized.In previous versions, I believe the status would revert back from authorized if the user made any alterations.Does anyone know if there’s a reason for this? Issue closing a DOP supply order

I’m having an issue where I cannot close a DOP order because the associated component supply DOP orders will close even though the ‘completed qty’ and ‘delivered qty’ are for the order amount and the ‘remaining to supply’ is 0 - and neither will it let me manually close it, as I get an error message like ‘cannot close DOP order when DOP parent status is Started’, nor can I find how to update its parent DOP order to recognise that the supply has been fulfilled.Given the above, I would also have expected the component DOP order to have changed from ‘released’ to ‘closed’ within it’s parent orders component listing.Furthermore, I’m also seeing an issue where a DOP shop order can have be ‘completely reported’ and ‘completely issued’, but then cannot be received because of the above DOP order issue.I have set the structure depth to DOP parts, so the supply’s for the components are not being created by the DOP netting process.I’m at a bit of a loss, and any help would be much appreciated! Is it possible to pass System Parameters to Custom Navigator Item

Is it possible to pass system parameters such as #USER_ID# and #DB_SID# through from a custom navigator item in IFS9? I know this is possible in custom RMB menus as I’ve done it several times. I’m trying to pass some user information through to an external website that I’ve developed and can’t figure out how to accomplish this. Wir haben noch viele ganz alte Direktversicherungen, die in dem Reiter Direktversicherung angelegt sind. Hello everyone,I have a question regarding Aurena contexts. We have a certain policy in our company that tells me to hide some columns in a few views for certain users. And here comes the problem, knowing that "any" user have ability to switch the context by adding to the address :scope=<name> I need to apply changes on the global context, creating a new one under a mysterious name known only by the administrator. When deleting columns in the global context, they are also deleted in the newly created context, where I would like to keep them all. Unfortunately, setting visibility on columns does not work properly, that is, it does not work at all and does not hide them at all when it’s turned off.Is there any other way to solve this issue? Because deleting each column to then re-add it in a newly created context completely does not appeal to me....

Reschedule task creates a new task automatically

When a task is rescheduled by a planner then that task should be canceled and a new similar task will be created for that request.There is a business rule which create exactly same task when a task is rescheduled.

Hi all,Apps 10 upd 11 /& upd14.There is a rmb on the customer screen to sleep.What is the point of this button? i cant find any help docs on it.All i can see it is doing is putting a session db lock on for 11 minutes which is most unhelpful.

Non Logo images in Aurena Report Images Folder

Hi, I am trying to add an image to a report layout using Report Designer Tool. The image is saved in the Report Images folder in Aurena client. I have used the option ' Dynamic Image Stored on the database ’ and wrote the sql query below.select image from ifsapp.report_images where image_name =:p1and passed the image_name as the Bind Variable.But the image is not showing in the layout. Can anyone explain me how to add this image (which is saved in the report images folder) to the report layout.

Error when accepting PSO Appointment Offer in FSM

Hi,I’m getting the below error when accepting an appointment offer from PSO in FSM:I think the problem may be when FSM tries to create a time_commit record for the task. I’ve set the PRIMARY response code (as I believe this is the one used when creating a time_commit in FSM after accepting an appointment offer) to have a calendar id: Note that this customer has renamed response code to SLA Profile. I suspect it is down to missing config or a business rule but it’s hard to pin down exactly what. Understanding how the baseline works might help.Thanks,Tom

Production Schedule Reporting

We are using production schedules in part of our factory APS10. We are having issues with operators receiving the entire production schedule quantity instead of incremental amounts. There is a check box on the Site record that clears the quantity to report in the approve operation, but it does not work for production schedules. Does anyone know of a solution or workaround to prevent the operator from receiving the entire amount of the production schedule?
