I am trying to a Consolidation. Using Consolidation status, New consolidation period, No periods are available in the drop down. Where is it reading the periods from? Perhaps I’m missing something. I believe all of the basic data is complete. The documentation says the consolidation is almost just a push of a button. Where’s the button? :-)
Hello, We are running on Apps 10 and use Crystal Reports for some things. Once in a while, we have a hiccup on print manager where jobs are stuck. The only solution we have found is to restart the print server and then restart the jobs once they go into an error status. Does anyone have a faster solution to this when it happens. It’s annoying to have to restart the server each time. Thanks!
APPS9We have been advised that XLR_REPORT_RESULT_TAB is consuming a large amount of disk space on our database.It looks like this is added to when a BA report is scheduled or manually run.How can we flush out/delete records from this table? We can see records going back to 2020 which we don’t need. Thanks
My goal is to have “Execute Online SQL” event action to make a rest request to our API and then use the result of this call to show the warning or error if needed. I figured that i can show warn/err by using Error_SYS.Appl_general or Client_SYS.Add_WarningI also know there is Plsql_Rest_Sender_API available. I would appreciate if somebody could post some sample code if they have done something like this. Thank you in advance. Hi IFS-Community! We are using APPS10 and want to enable the approval flow for holidays. The employee should register holidays (this is only possible in “my absence calendar” and the absence registration assistant, right?), the supervisor should approve the requested holiday and HR should authorize the request. All other absences should be registered by the employee and approved and authorized by HR. For this I set up the following access roles: Self-Access: This is the supervisors’ role: And this is the HR-Accessrole: atm the supervisor is allowed to approve all absences but not holidays.. We have changed the cost template on a phantom part and rolled up the top level part but the cost bucket does not change. When we changed our template we expected only two variable cost buckets, 200 and RAW. However, LABOH which is a fixed-cost has remained. Any ideas on how to remove this?
Has anyone created a custom event that would, upon creation of an External Supplier Invoice, do the following. Look at PO Reference field on External Supplier Invoices screen and identify the value in BUYER field, within the header of the purchase order. Update the INVOICE RECIPIENT field of the External Supplier Invoice with this value.Appreciate an invoice can contain multiple purchase orders. If the event ignored these or obtained the buyer from the first purchase order on the invoice that would suffice. Any thoughts or guidance appreciated.

Hello, Currently IFS allows manually update the ship to DUNS/Delivery DUNS numbers in the Customer window>Address tab> Customer’s own address ID. So the address details also associated with this ID in the same window. But all these stuffs are manual works. For example if we have a thousands of delivery duns numbers for a one particular customer, is there any alternative ways to do this task rather doing one by one manually? Is there any way that we can upload this through external templates or any other places in Apps 10? BR,Vimukthi

IFS Control plans do not work for IFS production scheduled parts. Question: How can we create automatic creation of QA control plans for QA with using IFS Production schedules for the manufacturing process? Error Message: Sample Frequency trippers cannot be used for production schedule parts Test plan 1. Create a manufactured part that will be produced by a production schedule 2. It looks if I change the supply option to MRP it should request this from standard inventory but when I raise the shop order for the top level, every line appears as project inventory. Hello - We are on Apps10 update 17. I am looking for the best practice to correct a price on a customer order once the invoice has been created for the wrong amount. We are currently creating a credit memo from an RMA and then creating a new customer order with the correct price. These transactions do create inventory receipts and issues that I am looking to avoid as inventory is correct.Thanks

HiWhen creating a text element on the lobby, I see a different between smart client and webclient behavior for line breaks. Is there anyway to solve this for the webclient so the line breaks appear? Also, is there anyway to use a message translation for the text within the element?
Is someone able to explain to me why there is a cost difference in the roll up of the material costs for this part? The Accumulated Cost for the Estimated Material cost of the component is 0.20374 for 2921-88-2. The QPA for 2921-88-2 for the parent part 2921-88-2_HC-ML is 10. From this you would expect the Accumulated Estimated Material Cost for 2921-88-2_HC-ML to be 2.03740. However, it shows as 2.03742. Why?
