Does Wadaco work with Single Sign on Windows Hand held devices.If yes, please suggest if there is a set up guide available
Hello,I am looking for a way to reconcile my account “not yet received invoices - charge”.The report “not yet invoiced” does not help since It will show only the receipts but not the charges in the PO.We defined a dedicated account in the posting controls to book the receipts of charge but I have no details to justify to our auditors the balance.The matching of this account is not a viable solution since there are thousand of transactions and the automatic matching gave poor results. Basically, this reconciliation should be part of the report “not yet invoiced” but either there is a bug in the report or a missing functionality. Any clue how to make this reconciliation ? Thank you

Hi,We have a scenario where same document revision is attached in Manual Supplier Invoice and Posting Proposal. For one document detach option is not available in Manual Supplier Invoice, but not in Posting Proposal. For other document detach option is not available in both Manual Supplier Invoice and Posting Proposal. I believe these documents are transferred from Manual Supplier Invoice to Posting Proposal through Object Connection Transformation. When it was transferred like this can we only detach the document from originally attached LU? If that is the case is there a work around where we can detach a document from a LU which is not the original LU?Also by looking at the document revision how can I identify what is the LU where this document was originally attached? We are in the process of integrating with PLM and ingesting data inside the IFS , but we are facing the issue of Part Number column size, which is currently accommodating only 25 alpha numeric character where as we want to enter more than this size. I was wondering if there is any (planned) interfacing possible, for synchronizing the data/info of courses/certificates of IFS’ Academy, with Apps 10? I had to manually add and assign/enter these: Since the courses and certifications in IFS’ Academy, I think it would be a good idea to have some sort of interfacing; i.e. a way of synchronizing with Apps 10: - available courses and certifications in IFS’ Academy (as drop down lists/values) - individually received certifications (dates, scores, etc.) and followed courses (dates, locations, etc.)
What is the community opinion about the query option done when wanting the objversion of a object? If I make a query like this “SELECT vendor_no, vendor_name, objversion FROM suppllier”I get this result If I on the other hand query like this “SELECT vendor_no, vendor_name, objversion as df FROM suppllier” I get this result Is this a user friendly behaviour?I think rather than implementing limitations use the time and effort to implement missing IEE behaviour to the Aurena client
I have an APP10 UPD15 customer trying to add the Delivery Note number to Customer Order Invoice - his ask: “I am attempting to add the Delivery Note number as a reference custom field to several screens related to the Customer Order Invoice. The Delivery Note number is pulled by the CustomerOrderInvoiceRep layout, but I can't get to the reference used by the layout to duplicate it in the custom field. Where is the invoice layout pulling the Delivery Note number from?”

The Report code is Time.The PRJT1 and PRJT2 postings have been setup with project pre-posting. Do IFS create cost element lines such as expenses, labor etc in ‘Project navigator’ screen when ‘project time transactions’ T voucher get created with PRJT1 and PRJT2 postings with internal cost values? The hour tab is getting updated in ‘Project navigator’ screen but the Cost tab does not get updated with cost element lines. Would this be a expected behavior?

We have high forecasted demand for many parts on several work centres in January 2024, with these requisitions resulting in an overload on these work centres. We are not able to increase capacity on these work centres. We have available capacity in October, November and December where we could produce them in advance. We have planning time fences of maximum 20 days for the manufactured parts. Ideally we would want the available capacity to be filled pulling forward any requisitions that overload the work centres in January. Some of the purchased components in the product structures have long lead times and will need to be ordered in July for production in October. What possibilities do we have to do this without manually pulling forward and creating shop orders for October, November and December and without using order gap time?
Hello,Can you help me to understand Lump Sum Trans Date functionality in Mixed Payment. So far, I understood that you can have a Cash Transfer and the Lump Sum Trans Date allows us to indicate the date of entry of the transfer in the destination account. That is, the Payment Date would indicate the debit date and the Lump Sum Trans Date would indicate the credit date. Thus, we would perfectly reconcile both Cash Accounts. That is correct? We are upgrading from Apps8 to Apps10. There is a customer and technician signature that exists in Apps8. Apps8 blob on table, HISTORICAL_SEPARATE, CUST_SIGNATURE. Apps10 table for mWO signatures is JT_TASK_SINGATURE.For historical reference and use on work order documentation, we need to migrate the Apps8 signature to Apps10.Anyone have suggestions on how we can accomplish this?
Hi community,i have tried to call background job with PL/SQL developer for “Batch Create Collective Invoices”.I took the parameter example from scheduled database task.If this is run with same parameters through Scheduled database task, it won’t give error.Goal is to have two scheduled Events, which would search customer’s either having Cycle interval 7 days and another with interval 30 days.
