Hi all I am trying to create a Escalation Rule in which when someone rejects a case an email will be sent to the case creator stating as such. The problem is that when a case is rejected the only thing that is changed (that i can see) is a note put in the journal. Unfortunately this is not a parameter i can use to start the escalation. Has anyone else tried to do this and if so what did you do? Please note i am using APP8 Thanks in advance.
Hi Team, When code fixes are deployed to a page for which page configurations were created in App10 Aurena, it generates Aurena errors since the page configuration was created based on the previous code. Could you please let me know whether there is a mechanism to create page configurations based on new code rather than creating manually from the scratch?Thanks.

When should you close statistical periods? We have several open and are wondering if there is any reason to keep open. I thought they should close after monthend has been completed so no information can be changed.

Hi there, I have a problem which I dont really understand.I tery updating the Access_group in the Stock_bin Table over a Business Rule but the System ignores just the Access_Group.All other Date ist patched correctly except this. Is this a normal behaviour? FSM Appointment Booking seems to be including a lunchtime ‘break’ in Appointment Booking but we are not using breaks and PSO has been set up to not use breaks. Is there some other config or param that needs modification in FSM or PSO to stop this behavior? Thank you

Southwest Airlines is seeking advice from other users on Cancel Task functionality on Blocks and Requirements with scheduling rules. Current functionality when a task is cancelled tracking reverts to initial schedule. This drives the task 90% of the time overdue and locks the aircraft until manually updated. In the case of Block Chain tasks it reverts back to 1st occurrence of the chain. The response from IFS has been this is how Maintenix was designed. We do our best to communicate to frontline users to not cancel any tasks other then Job Cards, but occurrences of cancelling Requirements and Blocks still occur. Any insight on this would be appreciated. Michele
Is it possible to identify which Template Customer ID was used when quickly registering a customer. I can see the check box showing the customer was quick registered but I cannot identify the template used. Thanks in advance.
We are trying to configure a shop order that allows operation to create asset and consume parts etc and create a cost. We also require to have a subcontractor to come on site and carry out a task. This task will have to link to a PO as the subcontractor will be invoicing for time and materials.I also need to consume a cost for any consumables used for the build by my company. The consumables are not needed to be track just a cost against them what would the best way to achieve this be please
