Hello, 

We are running on Apps 10 and use Crystal Reports for some things. Once in a while, we have a hiccup on print manager where jobs are stuck. The only solution we have found is to restart the print server and then restart the jobs once they go into an error status. Does anyone have a faster solution to this when it happens. It’s annoying to have to restart the server each time.

I run a couple of instances of the print server on the same server. I set a few of them up as services but I also run 1 manually (console session) that way all I have to do is kill it and start a new console session.  I just close the RDP window (don’t log out)
