How does one change an employee’s time zone in IEE?
Hi All, I have setup MHS for sending project invoices for multi-company project transactions.Once the MHS setup is done, application has the option "send and release the invoice”. When I select that option, project invoice is posted but manual supplier is not created in customer company. I got below error in inbox messages. Any help for this matter?I checked the ISO codes, but GB is available there. Regards,Malinda
Dear Experts,We are trying to setup the notification to our internal integration layer from IFSCloud 22R2, unfortunately we are getting below error which points to certificate not present in correct path. We have managed to get IFSCloud Certificates and deployed same in our internal infra and tried to upload the .ifs.cloud.crt in routing address too but getting path error. Hi all, I’ve noticed that when provisioning a user through SCIM an employee object is created. This is great, but can someone guide me to the latest documentation that states what is created and what new attributes I can set?The documentation for 23R1 does not include anything related to Employees.Is there anything else that has been introduced with 23R1 in the SCIM domain?Best regards,/Magnus
Is it possible to use a transaction reason code in Split Object window in fixed assets?In other windows such as move, sell etc. there is a transaction reason field but we do not see one in the Split Object window. Is it even possible to use transaction reason codes for splits?

Hello, I am new to IFS and would like to ask the following questions: Is IFS able to record a notice period for an employee and then do calculations against that date? Ie, if a notice period is 3 months, can this field be calculated to show 3 months from when they started?
In App 9 IFS copy item (F6) in Engineering parts browser does not copy the IFS number and leave some objects blank. The F6 function works well in the Parts browser but not in the Engineering browser.
We have EDI orders coming in for a specific site (1S). The customer is setup to receive the ORDERS message. The orders are hitting the Connect server and I can see the 850 XML file from the Explore Application Messages screen as it shows the message was posted to queue IN1 and Finished successfully. However, the order does not show up in the Incoming Customer Order screen. In the Connectivity Inbox Message, it shows the order was “Rejected” but does not give an error message as to why it was Rejected. Has anyone else experienced this issue or know the cause?
Does anyone have a planned schema for setting up Standard Names, Main Groups, and Part Classes as a best practice? Looking to integrate our PLM system for the first time into IFS (has been a separate application to this point), just curious if anyone can offer your methodology to give me some ideas as I go through the design for our next site. We are still on V9, and will go live on that version before going to Cloud next year, not sure yet whether that makes a difference, but don’t want to do something now that has to be undone later.

I have migrated supplier bank data into IFS for the ISO20022 payment method, but the system updated the bank data on the previously loaded BACS payment method. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Is it possible to increase the resources row height on the Resources Workbench? In order to view multiple days work, we lose sight of key information on the Activity icons on the workbench. If the row was higher, we could increase the icon size, and therefore display more info.

In earlier versions we could copy cost set from onw Cost Set to another for several parts.In Cloud we can perform this only when selecting 1 part. If we select 2 or more part lines, the option “Copy Cost Set” is no longer available. How can we copy from i.e. Cost Set 5 to Cost Set 4 when including several parts? When we click on eligible resource under unallocated task, only resource group filter is turned on automatically but other filter don’t work . We also added certificates and competencies but still filter of dispatch console don’t work properly.

I am looking to create a migration job which reserves available material each morning for open material requisition lines. I have followed steps outlined here but could not make the jump from the Customer Order to the Material Requisition. Here is my current setup. I am not sure on the Source Mapping and for some reason Part_No is not listed as a column name even though I see it when testing the API using Postman. Is it possible to add a new field to the “New Work” dialog box that pops up? When I look at at the console and page designer, the entity is a Virtual one. “NewWorkVirtual” I’ve added the field to the “ActiveSeparate” entity, as that is where it needs to be. But can’t see this field when I’m in page designer for the assistant.In screenshot, I’d want new field to appear where blue line is. I’m familiar with Page Designer, but the custom field isn’t available to insert.
