Hi Community,

We have encountered error while creating instance backup saying that file doesn't have access. So we have tried to open or move that file before taking instance backup but no luck
 

Does anyone have idea about this.

We have tried to get instance backup after stopping MWS but that doesn't work.

Where are you trying to take the backup?
Is it a different network share or on same drive on windows?

Please check necessary permission if its the network share.
Try backing up on the same drive, should not be an issue.
