Dear All, I would like to know the preferred Hardware for label printing that is compatible with IFS.
In the mobile app, in time picker (time clock), the time interval is set to 1 minute. However, since our customer is only need to report time in 15 mins time intervals, we would like to have the ability to have it configurable/modifiable. However, with the current framework, we are unable to do that modification/configuration. Could you please let us know if this identified as a requirement for future developments.
Deat All, In IFSAPP 10:When parts are recieved on a project Posting Type M1 is used to increase the Inventory and a Project ID can be added as code part to this booking.When this Parts is develiverd via a shipment the account value will be decreased. Herefor also posting type M1 is used. But no code part Project can't be given.So in time you see this for the project on an account. First after receiving the parts.:After shipment you see this on the account:Is it possible to also fill the project when you do a Shipment? Thanks in advance for the response Kind regards.RL Groener
Problem:We have SSO enabled in a customer, and it would appear that the latency issue we’re experiencing is only when attempting to log onto IFS using SSO. Connecting to any of the environments using the Admin Gateway does not exhibit the same problem i.e. average 2min wait time from logging in to the splash screen disappearing and the application becoming usable.therefore, is the bottleneck is in Azure AD related?
Hi, all this while we were able to back date preliminary manual supplier invoice without any issue. We have a new company with Italy localization enabled and we are not able to change the voucher date on the manual supplier supplier invoice window any more. It always reverts back to current date. Is this is company level parameter or because of Italy localization? Appreciate if someone can assist :)

Hi team, I’m looking for answer for the below question.I’m working on IFS Cloud 22.1.2 for FSM and trying to genearted PM WO from PM actions which include machine serial and customer data. The generated WO does not have custoemr ID on its header infromation. Thus, it is very difficult to identify WO based on customer ID and name on WO list. Is this standard system behavior or bug? Work taks under the PM WO has customer ID.
Has anyone had issues when Final Posting an invoice via Posting Proposal screen and ‘use as voucher date’ setting is ‘Use Preliminary Voucher Date’ - it says it has posted with the preliminary voucher date, but when you check the actual voucher it has used today’s date? This doesn’t seem to be an issue with the same setting applied via the ‘Final Posting Proposals overview screen. (On Apps 9, UPD 17)

But when I try to add the balances it displays all the gl accounts in the system but not only the accounts that I have added to the planning dimension value list.Please advice the reason for this?Thanks!
Hello, I am trying to configure Oracle (or any compatible) ODBC connection for an IFS database.I have no setup details for the database and have had no success mirroring existing computers. The existing computers that can refresh reports in excel have Oracle19c installed. I am open to doing anything and have full access to the sql server. I am just looking for some guidance. Thanks!

Hello,As I’m trying to lock down and restrict shared accounts to only be able to log into specific production kiosks. I’m running into issues where the shared accounts are not able to log into IFS (PROD and TEST). For instance, from our Active Directory environment, I’ve chosen USER01 to only be able to log into PC01. However, once the user is on that PC and tries logging into IFS we see the following alert: “invalid username/password”, “the user is not authorized to log in” or “the service is currently unavailable”. In this case it has to be the authorized login. In troubleshooting I added our IFS APP and DB servers to the list of allowed computers/units USER01 can access which didn’t help. I understand when accessing PROD or TEST it authenticates with the respective server but I’m just not sure why adding the servers to the allowed computers list won’t allow access. Is there something else I’m missing or is this process not compatible with IFS?
When we try to Share => Email in a purchase order, the background job is created but no pdf is generated. In Report Archive => Show documents we get Error Message: PDF not found. and no job in print manager is created either.IFS Cloud 22R1
Currently our system is on IFS10-UPD15When a user selects a record on a lobby list element with the setting “Use data source condition” and page/BusinessActivity/Form the screen populates the form with the selected datasource data but does not select the record the user pressed on the list element. This has been misleading to the user.Should have selected this one and not the default first record Investigation trying to solve the issue with hard coding a key pass was unsuccessful.Will correctly select the record hard coded on click of a list element recordDynamically tried to pass active rowkey to the aurena form but the ‘ around the key throws an error. In our case we will proceed with creating a list element that filters to the key of the LU/entity, but it would be nice to have the record selector on the form auto select the list item the user selected on the lobby element.
Hello, I had an interrogation regarding the Customer Offset Proposals on IFS Cloud (21R1 and 22R1).I am actually working on the payments received from unidentified customers. To do so and on the screen “Customer Offset Items”, I have some issues when I “Select Multiple Invoices/Prepayments” as you can see below. Actually and once on the screen “Select Multiple Invoices / Prepayments”, the screen is freezed and I can’t do anything except reading. Anyone has been in this situation ? All support or suggestions are very welcomed and appreciated.Thank you in advance comunity. Khalil

Hello, I have a scenario where in the same customer order I can have one salesperson and one different commissioner (external commissioner). Is it possible to indicate both? How can I do it?
