Customer ID is missing on header of WO generated from PM acttion

Hi team, 

 

I’m looking for answer for the below question.

I’m working on IFS Cloud 22.1.2 for FSM and trying to genearted PM WO from PM actions which include machine serial and customer data. The generated WO does not have custoemr ID on its header infromation. Thus, it is very difficult to identify WO based on customer ID and name on WO list. Is this standard system behavior or bug? Work taks under the PM WO has customer ID.

I found this answer to the same question on a support ticket:

 

Pleaes note that there is no 1 to 1 mapping with the PM Action and Work Order. Work lists from many PM Actions can be grouped into 1 work order and these PM actions can have different customers. Therefore we cannot add just one customer randomly to the work order.
Instead, the actual connection lines with the PM Action and the Work Task. Therefore if the work task is connected to the PM Action, then the work task will inherit the "Customer" details from the PM Action.

You can view the customer in the work task header:
Service > Work Management > Preparation and Planning > Work Task
