Hi,I’m not sure whether or not i’m imagining this but….When you select a quantity of for example Purchase Orders to be printed even when they are sorted into Order No. on screen you then select ‘Print Order Work Copy’ to print the orders and they print out in a different order than what was selected (sorted).Is this something that anyone else has come across or is it just me ? Ordered by Order No.

Service quotation - work order estimate

We want to add the field “qty to invoice” from the entity “WoPlanSrvQuo” to the service quotation report. But how can we do this?We can add the field on service quotation header, but not on service quotation line.Can someone help?Thank you in advance!

Barcode in Crystal report Quick reports IFS cloud 22r2

Hi. I have an customer that tries to use barcode 3 of 9 in a crystal report quick report. We have installed the 3 of 9 font into the server running the crystal report webservice, and also installed it into the client machine. Still the barcode is just presented as *<number>*. Is it not alowed with custom font’s in IFS cloud?Do we need to add the 3 of 9 font into any of the docker containers (IFS-REPORTING-CR) and if that’s the case how to do it? Bug??

23R1 Cloud - Binding Custom Entity to Baseline Entity in Work Task Screen

Hello All,There is a limitation in Cloud that we cannot add/update custom attributes to JtExecutionInstance entity. Therefore, I’ve created a custom entity and associated it with JtExecutionInstance as shown below.Custom Entity: Created a custom entity with few attributes. Projection Configuration: Created a projection configuration and linked both JtExecutionInstance and STJtExecutionInsExt. Page Designer: Using page designer in Work Task screen, I’ve created a List for the custom entity. Added this list to the Assignment tab as shown below with the Binding. When I save and try to add a new record to the custom entity, it shows an error.Am I missing any configuration or binding value provided is wrong? supervisor can't received some employee absence mail

we have setup below event for send email remind manager approve absence.most of employee’s supervisor can received the mail, but one employee’s supervisor can’t received the mail, and we can’t find the trigger mail from “application messages” page, we can see the employee’s supervisor from “employee file”.

Translate the content of a field

deploy.ini could not be found

Hi All,Product Version: IFS Developer Studio 23.1E.9419 (Build 2023-05-11 10:06)Java: 14.0.2; OpenJDK 64-Bit Client VM 14.0.2+12Runtime: OpenJDK Runtime Environment 14.0.2+12System: Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64; UTF-8; en_US (developer_studio) When I tried to deploy one of our .plsql file from DevStudio I got this error: This project file is kept inside the One Drive and I cannot see any deploy.ini in the file directory as well.Is there really a deploy.ini file needed or something else is causing this trouble? Because there was no such problem before . Thanks in advance

The Invoice has error out. We have run the Pre-Post to assign the Project ID information but we still cannot post invoice and it remains in Posting Error.

Supplier External Invoice Template tax code

Topic raised on behalf of case G2339508“Customer is trying to go live with Pagero with the eInvoice module but running into issues with defining the tax codes. If we try to use a 0% deductible tax code which is a Non-Deductible Tax Amount there is no place in the external file template to define this.”They are CAD company and do not use VAT code. They are Sales Tax set up.As per below screen shot, the PST tax code is a 0% deductible tax code therefore when used, the amount populates in Non-deductible tax amount column. However, in using the external supplier invoice template if we populate the tax code (fee code) on the tax row it does not. The only fields available is Tax Amount and Tax Amount in Acc Curr which seems not incorrect.

How to create a report for Actuals and Budget in Business Reporter

HiI have created a report in Apps 10 which gives me Actuals by period from the GL Balance. What I would now like to include in Budget for the remaining periods of this year. Is this possible?I have values in the Budget Version (pulling into Budget Period Amount). What information source holds this info? Here’s a mock up of what I would like Thanks!

Hello,How can I change the expiration date of a material? Under what conditions is the expiration date value assigned? Is it possible for it to be automatically assigned? Currently, when I right-click on the material stock information screen for the relevant material, the Expiration Date field appears grayed out and is not clickable. Tips on finding database fields

Hi all,Does anyone have tips on finding where specific pieces of data are being stored & the functions that interact with them?For example:I’m looking for the Work E-Mail that is shown in the Contact Info Group of the Employee File page. Debug / Page Info tells me a few things;It’s from view “COMPANY_PERSON_ALL”, but it isn’t a column. There is a function within “CompanyPerson” to “Get_Work_Email” that opens a rabbit whole of cascades functions. It also tells me “Name: WorkEmail, Mandatory: false, Translation Path: PersonnelFile.group.ContactInfoGroup.groupcontent.field.WorkEmail” - but I can’t find PersonnelFile anywhere to follow that path.Is there an easier way to identify where a piece of information on the page is ultimately being stored?Kind regards,Josh

An error message appears when I want to invoice a service contract with an additional customer

Hello, I have created a service contract with an additional customer. I use this customer to invoice my contract. When I want to create the invoice, I get this error message:I only have this problem when I have an additional customer. The “ship via” is entered in the "customer" record of the customer to be delivered and the customer to be invoiced. PR error when reach the max limit of Supplier Agreement

Hi All,As you know we can define the maximum limit for the Supplier Agreement and if we create a PO by exceeding the maximum amount, then system will throw an error by preventing the PO line saved. (Supplier Agreement Max amount option is Do not exceed) If we create a Purchase Requisition, the part price/Curr is fetched from the particular Supplier Agreement. But the error is not triggered when the PR line is saved as similar to the PO. (The error only produces at the point of converting PR to PO) Can someone tell why the validation is not checked when saving the PR as same as the PO? Thanks in Advance.
