scan it gives an error when you try to log in

When users tries to log in to scan it app in IFS cloud. Some users are getting error message Value in JsonObjects name/value pair cannot be nullI have tested with 2 users which have the same permissions and with same phone. Other user gets the error message straight away and another user can log in?What that error message means?

How to test and get files using a SFTP connection in ifs connect in IFS10?

Hi All,I have setup the SFTP connection using IFS Connect to receive data to IFS10 system. I created a SFTP Reader and Inbound Routing Rule only. I would like to know how I can test this connection to receive data to IFS and after that how I can get data using this connection when I needed? Do I need to schedule a job to get data using this SFTP connection or is there any steps I can follow to get data using this connection? Thank you,Sachini

X type voucher created by system via a Service Contract Customer Invoice

Community,We have a situation that never happens before. Financials said they never see X type voucher and it should not be in 2023/6 period and 2023/7 period. Service contract suppose to have 2 customer invoices created for period 2023/6 and 2023/7. Service department didn’t do customer order invoicing till Aug, 2023, and system created 2 X type vouchers booked the liability account, one voucher voucher date is 2023/06/01, one voucher date is 202307/01. Accounting period 6, 7 not closed yet. in summary, we would like to understandAre those X type voucher is created by system? if that is the case, what is the purpose of doing this? how we could handle those 2 X type voucher? basically, finance would not like to see these 2 X type vouchers. how to avoid this happening again?see the Service Contract Invoice period set for period 2023/6, one of the customer order is invoiced in period 2023/8, customer invoice no is CD200405899X Voucher is created after CD200405899 is posted. Job Rate Management tab disappeared after 22R2 update

We are currently using 22R1, but after applying 22R2 we lose the Job Rate Management tab from the Active Work Order screen.If we try to work around the issue by manually adding the JRM tab to the screen using Page Designer, we can see that the 2 content items that need to be included in the tab (JobSpecificDetail singleton and JobSpecificDetail group) are not available in the 22R2 version to even add.Is this a bug? Has anyone else encountered something similar with JRM or maybe even another component/tab in the past?The update deployment logs don’t have any issues regarding this area, and no callouts for concern there either in the validation.Many thanks in advance for any thoughts or input!Nick

Authorizing and Confirming Not -Completed days.

Hello Experts, When the scheduled time is not reached it the day will not get the completed status.However, it is still possible to confirm and authorize the day. Authorize only gets an warning saying ‘the day is not completed do you still want to authorize’. Is there a way to stop confirmation or authorization before the day is completed. Example, the employee has 8 scheduled hours and employee has reported only 8 hours as Over time. The day is not completed however, it can be confirmed and authorized. We can use the day type and the overtime priority setting to full fill normal hours before the OT. However, that only works when the time intervals or clocking are used. When reporting direct result the priorities do not apply. Is there a solution for this? Kavinda.

PSO - Seasonal Travel

Has anyone found a way to define seasonal travel in PSO.For example, during the winter in mountainous areas, there may be extended travel times due to a combination of weather and potentially traffic cause by winter sports enthusiasts! or even certain routes may be closed for extended periods.These could be defined by a Travel Time Profile using weightings and barriers, but there does not appear to be a way to define a time window for an entry or a profile (other than time of day or day of week).The customer could simply have two Travel Time Profiles, and switch them over on specified dates, but this could lead to missed appointments or SLAs if the winter profile did not allow all the travel that was originally planned based on the summer profile to be made.Not sure if there is a out of the box solution to this, but any thoughts would be appreciated.

PSO Profiles with Different Parameter Settings

I tried having 2 PSO Profiles with each having different values for the parameter “SelectableActivityStatuses”. The default profile is having limited number of statuses while the new profile “test” is having the full list of statuses defined.Default profile:Test Profile:When the ‘test’ profile is applied to a specific user, it is not reflecting the expected list of Stauses as specified on the parameter. It is always presenting the limited number of statuses defined in the default profile.Any specific reason for that?

Prevent PSO commitment based on status

Hi, Is there a PSO status that can be used that would allow an activity to remain allocated to a resource but will not commit even if commit rules are met? I have a scenario where we do not want certain activities to commit until particular conditions from an external system are met, once these conditions have been met a status update would be sent to PSO so that the activity can be committed if commit rules are met. If not a status, are there any other ways to allow an activity to be allocated to a resource but ignore commit rules?

History Log Not Working 23R1

Hello Everyone. I recently encountered a problem, regarding History Log. I can't see the History Log I have given myself the Permission Set for the HistoryLog Projection. Is there any additional step in order to activate the History Log? From the documentation perspective I see that it is running without any additional steps, only the permission sets that I have already set. Version of the cloud is 23R1. Finish Date Changed by Workbench User

Dear all,The Finish Date of Shop Orders are being changed by the user PPCSGP (that only have access to Shop Floor Workbench).At the exactly same time the Shop Floor Employee registers the operation and makes a workcenter change the Finish Date is changed by this user (only in some cases).There are no events created by us that can make this change.What could be causing this? ETM Throwing Exceptions

Hi all, I am using a ‘throw new Error’ piece of code in my ETM datamapper to force a failure when there is no record match when processing an excel file. This allows me to append a custom message to the end of the error log dump in the email instead of using the ‘No match - Error’ on the Record to Update which just shows a generic message with no detail. It does what I want it to do but in the email message generated it is prefixed with the usual dump.Two questions … Is there a way to just show my custom message? Or a completely different way to accomplish this. Is there a way to throw an info or warning message which will not stop processing so I can provide some additional information in the email as well.Thanks!T

We are following these steps step 1. create manual supplier invoice,step 2. fill in PO Ref field with PO # ….,step 3. Right click in header and select purchasing and then "March PO Receipts".step 4. click match all and then OK. then error pops up.
