Hi!We’d like to be able to access data from the Projections REST API with maintained end user authorization from a third-party web application with it’s own backend REST API, preferably with AzureAD as our primary SSO IDP. We have configured an IAM Identity provider in IFS cloud.The problem is that tokens issued by the AzureAD is not accepted by IFS Cloud/Keycloak, and we can’t find a way to do “token-exchange” or get a token for the user “on-behalf-of” via a confidential IAM Client. Those features seems to be disabled in keycloak.(We can authenticate directly towards IFS Cloud/keycloak and get a token for accessing the projections but in our use-case, this would require two logins, one to Azure, and one to IFS Cloud)Is there any way we can use AzureAD as our primary IDP, and use that access token to query projections with maintained end-user permissions?

Using Macro Functionality in Docman

Hi Experts, Please let us know whether the below requirement can be met in the Docman functionality.Requirement -To convert documents attached to a document class to PDFDetails - Employees register their expenses in the expense management module of IFS where they attach the receipts/bills they receive to the specific expense sheet. As of now we get documents in different format attached to the document class.Investigations until now - Document class management has a functionality for a Macro According to the help text it is understood that we can register macros to be applied to process within a document classFor testing we created a Document Macro Block with a Script for a pop up message Then connected it to Macro Basic Data And we were able to use the macro to pop up the message. Kindly requesting any tips on how to setup the print functionality or any other process to meet the requirement of converting documents of a document class to pdf.

Quality Control at Supplier

Hi,I can’t find answers to my problem.One of our customer asked us if it is possible to perform a quality check of inventory parts at the supplier storage.So the main question is : Can the supplier perform a quality control before shipping, that will be linked with IFS Cloud ? We tried to find this option in B2B module but no options regarding this case are available.For now we are working with 22R2 maybe this option is available in 23R1, I don’t know … Thank you for any answers

No Part PO Receipt goes as Miscellaneous Cost

Converting package parts to a sales part

Hi,Can you let me know the possibility of converting a package part to a sales part? The customer wants to convert some of their package parts which now will be purchased and need to be registered as the sales part in the system. Registering a new Sales part is not a solution for them as they expect to have a same part number. Currently, system is not allowed to register the same part number for the sales part as the entry has been already created in a sales part tab when registering a package part. Thanks./Lasanthi

IFS Information for ACH - NACHA File Specifications

All, Where is the information coming from IFS for output to an ACH file (NACHA format)? Our bank JPMC is asking us to change the values for “Immediate Destination”, “Immediate Origin”, “Company identifier”, and “Originating DFI Identification” The layout is not changing only the values. Machine No in Routing

I would like to control where MRP schedules a Shop Order based on the Machine No field in the Routings. Is there a way to make Machine No. more than just a preference? For example, I have 1 work center (work center AB) with 2 resources (Resource A and Resource B). In the routing for part number 1234, I put resource A in the Machine No field because part number 1234 can only run on resource A, not resource B. MRP uses Machine No as a preference and if Resource A is at capacity, it will create a Shop Order Requisition for part number 1234 to run on resource B. Is there a way to make MRP schedule resources to run only what's specified in the Machine No field if a resource is entered in?

People Finder Job column issue in 23r1

Dear all, It is noticed that on the People Finder page, the Jobs have been wrong since the 23r1 update. Everyone's job is showing as 001 and then being suffixed by whatever job title relates to 001 in their company. For instance, there are dozens of CEOs and general managers job titles in the people finder overview window. When viewing the individual employee record they have their correct job ID & title though. The job ID is also correct if we filter individual employees from the people finder.The whole view of people finder, where we have all the employees the job id is wrong. Do you know whether this is a bug in 23r1 or a basic data-related issue? Any thoughts? Thank youUdanee

Hi team,We are build a report based upon Incremental load and using the objverison from different fact tables. Now I read that its only the last and existing version that are displayed in some tables. Is that true or is it only an assumption from a user? I haven´t found it yet on my self but are evaluation the model as we speak. TIA 🙂

Process Code used in Codestring Completion

Hi all,I found a problem when I would like to use Process Code in Codestring Completion. When I want to define codestring completion connected to some account, there are all active code parts and last one row is Process Code. In database (view ACCOUNTING_CODESTR_COMPL) it is represented by “P” value in column CODEFILL_CODE_PART. In App9 it works properly, because there are not available additional codeparts (over standard codeparts A - J). But from App10 it is is problem, because codepart P is regulat additional code part and it does not equal to process code. When I would like to save code string completion data using process code, there is an application error “Code P does not exist”. Do you know if this problem is solved by some bug?Thanks a lot.Pavel

how can Unreserve part in Customer Order And Cancel Or delete Pick List

HiI have got two scenario:1- First I create a Customer Order, Then Reserve Customer Order Line, After That, For Some Reasons I want to Unreserve that Part ( I mean, I want To reserve It From Another Pallet), How can i do it?2- assume I Create A pick List But Suddenly I understand, I made A mistake So i want to cancel Or Delete That Pick List, And Create It Again, What Shall I do ?
