When users tries to log in to scan it app in IFS cloud. Some users are getting error message Value in JsonObjects name/value pair cannot be null

I have tested with 2 users which have the same permissions and with same phone. Other user gets the error message straight away and another user can log in?

What that error message means?

 

 

We have the same problem. Anyone that has a solution?

@SimoK and @lnilsson I came across this by chance, and I believe you’ve both had resolutions for these, am I right?

Hi Rukmal,

We solved this temporarily by refreshing the server cache. But the error came again, several times. We created case CS0146873 for this error, but we did not get a solution for it. After a time, the error just disappeared. After a month or so, we closed the case.
