Hello Community,We are using IFS Applications APP 10-UPD 15 version. Currently we are trying to Automate AP processing and decided to use E-invoicing with PEPPOL to receive all our supplier invoices. But we are not quite sure what is the setup needed in IFS Applications in order to process the PEPPOL einvoices/xml files we receive from the Access Point. Really appreciate if you could let us know the steps or some guidelines as to how we should do this setup in IFS.

FSM-I created a task & assigned to FSE from start date 26 Sep. He started the task on 25 Sep & now allocated start date visible on resource monitoring is 25 Sep. When I allocated the task, I used adjust to schedule feature that applied a calendar on resource & considered 12 hrs per day, so end date was 20 Oct but when he started the task, end date visible on res monitoring screen is 7 Oct which does not give correct picture as the person will work on it till 19/20 oct.

Installed a PrintAgent locally against IFS CBP Environment and the service was registered successfully (as an admin user with access to the spool folder)When I try to start the service from the IFS Print Agent window, I get the following error. When I run the service via windows services window, I get the error.Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.Checked the dependency tab for the windows service and it is empty. I also checked whether the similar service called 'Printer Spooler’ and it is running fine. So wondering why the IFS Print Agent service is failing.Wondering whether anyone else has come across a similar issue before PS: Checked a few windows forums and they provide a wide range of solutions.
Hi,I had Ordered Delivery After Merging my Branch to Master and creation of Sanity build that was successful. there was a del environment already created and was the only one instance. While ordering delivery I selected the Sanity Build instance that was not latest as I wanted to to have files of previous Sanity in the delivery. System showed an error informing that there was a delivery environment already. I selected OK and deleted the existing del environment.in the jobs the Delivery Creation Process is running and still pending after around 30 hours.can anyone help and let me know if I can start a new delivery while the old one is still pending? I have reviewed a few of the posts on the Community as well as the online documentation for transferring fixed assets in IFS. I tried tested the functionality for transferring one object between companies and received the following error message when creating the transaction:Does anyone know why I would receive this error? I am not sure why the acquisition value would be reversed twice in the FA book.Am I missing some configuration somewhere? I have set up the fixed asset book mapping for each of the books tied to the asset. I have added posting controls FAP51, FAP52, FAP55 and FAP56 as I am wanting to do an intercompany transfer of the object using the gross method.We are using IFS Apps10 UPD10. We are relying on Work Order / Work Task / … entities to model all the information.We have multiple contacts we want to document for a single Work Order. On the Work Order, it would seem that only 1 set of contact information (name / number / email) can be documented.How would I achieve documenting multiple sets of contact information (name / number / email) for a single Work Order? Hello,I’ve created a Migration job for importing new service resources in Cloud. By baseline, while creating a New Service Resource, it automatically creates a Maintenance Employee record and assigns it to the Service Resource created.But while creating a Migration job, the Maintenance Employee record is not created. Also the Resource Connection with the Company and Site are not setup properly.Below is the Method List used to create Service Resources and Connections. What could be the possible reasons? First time logging a question here so go gently!I am creating some forms in the Customizer and would like some of the fields on each form to have the Formatted Text Editor toolbar but only one field (Description) on each form by default has this functionality and I cannot see how to create new fields that have this or amend the format of existing fields.These are required so that users can paste images into the fields.Anyone know a way around this? :)

Hi,On MS Level 1 part, we have recently amended our Forecast Consumption rules to roll out from drop, with a forecast window of 7.The first two lines dated 28/10/2020 and 29/10/2020 are actual orders that have been picked, but not yet shipped off our system. We then show a quantity of 1on the 03/11/2020 in the Forecast 1 column and the consumed forecast column. This forecast was not showing on schedule, so I assume IFS has added the forecast into the Forecast 1 column? Is there a reason for this? Also, it is showing as consumed and I am unsure why when the actual demand’s are in multiples of 4?We then show a quantity of 3 in the Forecast 0 column. However, this was a 4 on schedule. Is there a reason why this will have pulled through to MS Level 1 as 3? This is also showing in the consumed forecast column, again unsure why when the actual demand’s are in multiples of 4? Thanks.

Hi, I need to filter the customers who have debt in cents. I mean, the report should exclude from -$10 to $10 of debt. I can add a conditional layout but it disappears when I download this report in excel. Thank you
