Dear Community
We are using IFS Cloud Service Management to handle our Field Service requests. We are relying on Work Order / Work Task / … entities to model all the information.
We have multiple contacts we want to document for a single Work Order. On the Work Order, it would seem that only 1 set of contact information (name / number / email) can be documented.
How would I achieve documenting multiple sets of contact information (name / number / email) for a single Work Order?
