Hi, I need to filter the customers who have debt in cents. I mean, the report should exclude from -$10 to $10 of debt. I can add a conditional layout but it disappears when I download this report in excel. Thank you

Customer Ledger Age Analysis
Hi,
The report is expected to balance out to general ledger. If you have open AR items (small values) those values would also have corresponding values in GL. If you remove those from a report, GL and the report will no longer balance.
You can always use the balance history process and then filter out the records you choose.
The process requires minimal set up and works surprisingly well.
Then in the details - you filter.
Yes, you can backdate to a given date - such as month end and it’s accurate.
