Eco footprint - Ecomanpart Info already exists

Hello everyone, Has anyone encountered this error when wanting to recreate a master part ? The Eco-footprint Part Information is automatically created when the master part is created. However, if the master part is later deleted, this information is kept and it does not allow the recreation of the same master part number. Also, the record from “Eco-footprint Part Information” screen cannot be deleted. Do you know if there is a special setting that should be configured ? Thank you.

Consolidated balance sheet does not balance

Difference in period 08 and 09 was caused by the account 13101 which was dedicated for Equity Elimination Exchange Differences ( I have attached document from period 08 and same applicable for period 09)Up to period 07, there are only two entries available from account 13101 under on consolidation node group "GRP-SE83 - GRP-SE93 - IGT Holding III Sweden AB" and after 2023-08, it is 3 entries. This additional entry is the exact difference as well

weekly overtime request

Hello,Could you please advise with the below scenario?In the time & attendance module, the time spent outside the schedule should not be considered overtime. Therefore a flex balance has been implemented in order to store the extra hours worked outside the schedule. The request is that at the end of each week, each employee can request to transform/convert some hours (not all) from the balance into paid overtime. The decision is in the employee's hands, and the supervisor will authorize this in the Authorization screen. There is an option/solution in IFS 9 to request overtime paid by each employee after a period (each week/month) and to deduct the hours from the balance? Is there another approach for this request?Thank you in advance.

Create Absence database schedule task error

Hi All,I am currently facing an issue due to 'Create Absence for Next Day' database schedule tasks. This task is scheduled to execute every day during midnight (12:05 AM).The problem description is given below:Employee was on Sick leave (e.g. from 26-Jun-2023). Manager has created his/ her sickness absence from 26-Jun-23 with ‘Ongoing’ option. Employee return back to work on 30-Jun-2023 and inform to Manager. On 5th Jul, Manager has stopped his/her sickness absence end date as 30-Jun-2023. Sickness absence will be stopped. During the midnight of 6th Jul (12:05 AM), scheduled background job has exeucted and it has created additional sickness absence for previous day i.e. 5th Jul-2023. This issue is being replicated for multiple records when manager stop the sickness absence for past date. Anyone can help if I am missing something or any solution available to resolve this issue.Thanks

Hi, I am currently trying to change ID of Primary key, using RAM_Data_Update, and it doesn’t work.My questions are: Is RAM_Data_Update the right entity to use for this case? Hello, We have a large project order for next year with multiple deliveries against it. My question is, can you connect multiple customer orders to one single project? (Normally we would connect just one order to the project) For this example, we would want to have multiple orders so that we dont have one giant order with thosuands of lines! Thank you

Cloud New employee - Default schedule and rules are not assigned automatically

Hi, I created default schedule and rules for wage class in company.But when I create new employee via assistant in step ,,Schedule and Time” , no wage class, schedule, shift or rules are retrieved and I have to fill every field manually. In older version, it was all retrieved automatically according to setting in default schedule and rules window.I use this version of cloud 23.1.4Is it some bug or I have to set something more in application?Thanks Romana

Hi All,Two companies in IFS are merging and the customer wants to transfer all payroll history details from company A to B as employee loan details, advance payment and account numbers are maintained in Payroll side. Price Rounded for Service Contract Invoice Preview

Having an issue where an Invoice Preview is showing all prices rounded up. Example: This is listed as £75.56 which is correct. However, when running the Invoice Preview against the Service Contract this line shows as £76 This has happened on all Lines in the Service Contract - what can cause this?

Multiple Operations Inventory Issue

When using multiple operations, the part is not dropping into inventory after op 10. It only drops into inventory after the final op. This is an issue as we create the first portion or part in op 10, move it to the next work center where it may sit for a few days, then run it through op 20. Close shop order and the final part is in inventory. Is this an IFS issue whereas there is not a way to run multiple operations while tracking inventory? Or-am i using the functionality wrong? If so, what does standard manufacturing operations use to track multiple ops throughout their plant? -part set up wrong preventing it from being in inventory after op 10?-wrong ifs application? If multiple ops is not used for this, what do IFS users use to track a single part that takes many operations to complete in its final form? Think of aluminum rolling mill…. One part number but takes many weeks and many passes to transform the ingot into its final sheet or plate form.

PSO Generate Shifts via REST API

Hi, I am trying to generate the shifts using the PSO REST API. Doc Attachment Aurena

I am struggling finding exactly how to grant document attachemtnt o a permissions set in Aurena. I personally have the option as I have Full access in Aurena I have read articles that indicate the need to add the DocReferenceObjectAttachmentHandling projection. for Document attachments and for media grant the MediaLibraryAttachmentHandling projection; however, when I search for this specific projection to add to the permission set in question I get a result of (No Data) Any help on this bit would be greatly appreciated.

Hi All!I’m creating a resource group under a structure group (Company structure) and everything is OK. When I try to add a person under the resource group, I get the alert (Capacity basis already exists).When I create directly a resource group connected to a company and site, I can add a person without difficulty (No alert).Can someone tell me exactly what trigger this alert please?Thank to All your advices

Responding to non-blocking appointment offers

Hi,My customer is using non-blocking appointment templates. They are not performing the check on the slot before acceptance to ensure it is still available as they are happy to deal with it manually if it is not allocated. I have two questions:Is it necessary to respond to the offers (either accept or reject) given that the customer is not concerned about checking the slot validity? Does it matter what the offer_expiry_datetime on the appointment template it is non-blocking, can this be set to 0 ?Thanks,Tom

How to limit Team leader or member in PSO Resource Planner

Hi Team, We have created two positions as below for PSO resources. Crew Leader Crew MemberWe need to have only one crew leader in a PSO Team. For this we tried configuring in PSO Requirement screen as below. Our expectation was that after setting the below requirement PSO will show an error if we try adding another Crew Leader within the team in PSO Resource Planner. But unfortunately it doesn't shows any error while trying to add more than one crew leader. We are able to specify membership and generate shifts for these multiple crew leaders. Everything looks green in the PSO Resource Planner screen for these crew leaders. It means this is acceptable in PSO. Please advise how we can restrict multiple crew leaders in our requirement.Regards Ajay

Serial Tracking

Hi all,There is an inventory part which part type is manufactured and it has serial tracking. There is not any qty in stock for the inventory part however there are parts and serials no that received from shop orders before in part serials page. For the part is not wantted to use serial tracking any more. So, is it possible to change the serial tracking to lot/batch tracking? Is there any way to change it?Thanks
