How do I transfer a customer payment linked to my company (CUPOA) to a customer account?

Hi everybody,i have unmatched my transaction in paiement mixed and IFS reverse the paiement and creat an transaction linked to my company.So now, is it possible to transfer this CUPOA transaction (linked to my company so my company is in the identity) to my customer account?I've already tried to use customer compensation but the CUPOA linked to my company isn't in the list.Thank you for your help.

The customer needs to have track of the supplier agreements changes. We are thinking about how we can fulfill the customer requirement using Supplier agreement and Contract Change Management.I know that is possible to use Object connections and attach the Contract change order to the Supplier agreement: however, it is not possible to progress the Contract change order with a change type ‘Supplier’, because the sub contract number is required, and as I mentioned before, the customer does not have sub contract license. On the other hand, it is not possible to progress the Contract change order without change type: It is possible to link the supplier agreement with a contract change order without using Sub contract and progress with the Contract change order flow? if so, ho

How to connect code part in Return Materials Authorization-orderless?

Hello, I have defined two cost objects for two business units in our company to generate separate Income Statement, COGS, Customer Ledger and so on. I have confirmed all types settings such as Sales Revenue, COGS, and others.I can’t connect the cost object in the Order-less Return Material Authorization for posting Types IP2 (Accounts Receivable-Cr).For this reason, I cannot show the cost object in the customer analysis window. Based on which the customer ledger report has been created.Please give an advice to connect Pre posting option or other.

FSM Mobile Attachment Types

Hi there, We are currently using FSM6u10. We are able to attach files to a Task that are synchronised and appear on the tablet. We have a requirement to attach a pack of files as a ZIP. When attaching the ZIP file, the attachment appears on the Mobile FSM App task with a big X.Is it possible to attach and synchronise ZIPS or other non standard file types to a Task in FSM Mobile and save them on to the device for Unzipping.? Is this something that is improved on later versions of FSM? Thank you, Angelo

Rental Management roadmap - chargeable in units other than days

The current IFS rental solution is set up to bill by chargeable days in Apps10. This doesn’t work well for customers that rent for longer periods on a regular basis. Our customer is interested in other options like weekly and especially monthly. Is this on the R&D roadmap? If so, what release is it slated for?

GL balance analysis differ from gl voucher rows analysis

I have an issue when reconciling Gl balance analysis with gl voucher rows analysis in 0 period.Assume that, First perform finacial year end process and update gl vouchers1. Goto GL balance analysis2. Filter Account as 1470 & Code C as 1016 From Year 2023 To Year 2023 From Period 13 to period 13 Search3. You can see balance as "63000" which is correct4.In GL VOUCHER row analysis sum is "63000" which is correct (use same filters)5.Now again go to gl balance analysis6.Filter Account as 1470 & Code C as 1016 From Year 2024To Year 2024 From Period 0 to period 0 Search7. Balance is 126000 which incorrect8. If you use the same filters as previous step and go gl voucher rows analysis you can see balance as -63000 which is correctSo issue iswhen closing the accounting period period 13 will be carried forward to next year period 0 by double amount in gl balance analysis

Is it possible to schedule a safety inspection in IFS apps10 and then have it auto-schedule. ie create an inspection for 1st January and have it repeat 1st of each month. Or is it still manual and needs a new inspection to be created for each month?

Customer Order status updated to 'Invoice/Closed' when Shipment is Delivered

A very vague question I know but I thought I would ask anyway :)We have a repeatable instances where some Customer Order are updated to 'Invoice/Closed' when a Shipment is ‘Delivered’ and some Customer Orders (same customer / Order Type / Shipment Type) once shipped, the Customer Order state goes into a ‘Delivered’ state??I can see this process is using the Quick Order Flow (API) process and I have spend a good couple of hours looking around the API stack and still none the wiser. Can anybody help / seen this before?Thanks in advance..James

Configured orders creating 2 shop orders for 1 customer order line

Hi All, we are using IFS Cloud 23R1. We are having issues with configured items releasing 2 shop orders for 1 customer order line. The part is set to supply code - shop order.Example:S631487.1.1- configured panel customer order line createdS631487.1.1 - shop order created (this is normal)S631487.1.2 - shop order created (this is extra)The shop orders seems to be created when released from credit block but we’re not sure if this is the issue or not. This has worked in the past so we do not know where/why/when this started happening.We recently implemented Capability Check. Could that be part of the issue??Any help is appreciated.

Approve of PO's by Email - APP10 /Exchange

We would like to be able to authorise a Purchase order / Purchase Requisition Authorisation Step via email. process would be for the Authoriser to receive an email related to the Authorisation step. the email should use the Yes / No buttons available in Outlook to Approve the PO/PR. has anyone done this using Outlook/Exchange and in APP10. We are also considering touch apps , but emails approval has been requested by the business.

Operational Report Parameter Causing No PDF Returned from Crystal Web Service

Hello all. I am developing an operational crystal report that passes two parameters, a result key and a shop order no. When attempting to test within my IFS instance, I receive the error “No PDF Returned from Crystal Web Service”.After testing permission sets and removing fields from the report I was able to identify the 2nd parameter, ShopOrderNo, as the culprit. Removing this from the report enables it to run without issue within IFS.My question is, are there limitations to passing multiple parameters to an operational report, when including a result key? Permissions aside, would there be any other reasons that an additional parameter would cause the “No PDF Report Returned” error?I understand this might be an overly broad question, but I appreciate any efforts to help me understand the issue.

IBAN account validation

Hi,I have a vague recollection of previously receiving error messages if an account number entered on supplier was too long or too short.We have all needed countries listed in the “IBAN Validation Information” window, but are able to put in both longer and shorter account numbers than specified there. Does anyone know if there is a validation performed (either on supplier or when new invoices are created in the external supplier invoice window)? Kind Regards,Henrica
