We would like to be able to authorise a Purchase order / Purchase Requisition Authorisation Step via email.   

process would be for the  Authoriser to receive an email related to the Authorisation step.   the email should use the Yes / No buttons available in Outlook to Approve the PO/PR. 

has anyone done this using Outlook/Exchange and in APP10. 

We are also considering touch apps , but emails approval has been requested by the business. 

 

 

 

@yonjena this is not possible using standard functionality. Usually IFS Notify Me app is used for this process. The approvers would instantly get the PO in the app (get notified on the mobile phone) and they can approve.
