IFS Cloud - remove unused WC from Gantt-Chart

Hi All, Is there a method to exclude unused Workcenter Resources from the Gantt chart in production planning? Despite work centers being hidden or deactivated, their names continue to appear on the chart. These centers no longer have capacity and there's no necessity for their visibility in this context. ManualCustomer Invoice period is closed for user

I have a process that is creating Manual Customer Invoices, via the ManualCustomerInvoiceAssistant. As long as the client has the Auto-Post invoices turned off the process works. If it is turned on I get the error message "ORA-20110: ManualCustomerInvoiceAssistantHandling.USERGRPGLOSED: Period is Closed for the User!"If I include the Accounting Period and Year in the Create Virtual Invoice I get the error ORA-20121: ManCustInvoice.INSERT: Field [ACC_YEAR_INVOICE_DATE] in Man Cust Invoice may not be specified for new objects." Is it possible to use the ManualCustomerInvoiceAssistant APIS and have the Auto-post invoices enabled?Walter

MCPR Transactions stuck without errors

Hi Team Greetings We have 2 MCPR transactions on which we are unable to transfer cost to customer company. When we create new transactions and transfer the cost on that projects everthing works fine.Only 2 transactions are stuck. We compared with other transactions which are working fine, everything looks fine with transactions in error. Still it gives error in background job as “Notice the background job has ended with an Error “No transactions to create cost accounting for ORA-20110: PrelInvoicePosting.NOACCTRANS” What can be the reason for it? Is it a bug?

How do I set up Customer Hierarchy

I am new to IFS. I am trying to set up Customer Hierarchy relationships. Givent hat we have over 2000 customers that need to be mapped, it doesn’t seem feasible to manually enter them all. Is there an export template that can be utilized to map the relationship of the customer hierarchy, that can then be imported back in IFS?

How to cancel wrongly closed, unpegged Direct Delivery PO?

Hi!Case:Direct Delivery orders CO + PO were done Customer Order lines were unpegged from the PO After that related Direct Delivery Purchase Order was closed with “register direct delivery” (and the supplier invoice was matched and paid) Now the Customer Order is hanging in status released (unpegged from the original closed PO). How to cancel the wrongly closed direct delivery PO? RMA from CO is not available since the order was unpegged. Nor can we do an RMA manually from scratch as the CO is not delivered.

PSO Gantt Chart Select Color / Colour

As there are many color/colour options in the PSO parameters that refer to Gantt chart colors, which specific one is it that is associated with the ‘selected’ option in picking a Resource/Shift (see image)?The gray of the selected Resource/shift row when you click on a Resource and then move the cursor to another Resource’s shift area the previously-highlighted gray looks so much like the shift color that it sometimes gets visually confused with someone having a shift when they don’t. We want to change this color so there’s no visual confusion between the selection color and shift colors. In the image, the selection row is the long grayed area after a Resource was selected and the cursor was moved off of that selection line, and the last two grayed items are actual shifts.We’ve experimented with changing various Gantt color options to bright pink so we can tell what was changed, but there are so many states we’re getting tired of guessing. Custom Fields on reports not being updated

Hello, I have created a handful of custom fields (type read-only) that I have included in operational reports. For example, I have balance due and customer PO fields on the collective invoice form. There is an issue where, if someone has a customer order that gets invoiced into a collective invoice, but changes their PO, when the collective invoice is first printed off originally, the PO comes up as the updated PO but the balance due is zero, even though the balance due is pulling the open amount. (SELECT OPEN_AMOUNT FROM LEDGER_ITEM_CU_DET_QRY WHERE LEDGER_ITEM_ID= :INVOICE_NO) When we reprint modified the collective invoice form, the PO gets changed to the old PO value and the balance due field becomes the correct, up to date, value. Has anyone encountered this before? Does anyone know what the correct approach is? This seems like some history tracking issue that collective invoices and customer statements of accounts encounter (same error on statements). I’ve checked the custom fie

REMOTE WAREHOUSE ASSORTMENT

Good morning, We are working for quite some time with the Remote Warehouse Assortment set-up, to refill our Remote Warehouse and it worked fine so far.But it works when we set-up the “Refill Point Qty” as 0 and the “Refill to Qty” as 1.When there is nothing available in the Remote Warehouse location it will generate a need and therefore a Purchase Requisition.Now we we want set it up differently and that is that the “Refill Point Qty” is on 1 and the “Refill to Qty” is on 2.How the information is read, it should now see a need of 1, because at this point the on hand Qty is 1 and the Plannable Qty is also 1. But when we run the “Refill All Putaway Zone” for this location we see in the Background Jobs that everything run perfectly, but we do not see any Purchase Requisitions popping up. Here is how the set-up was arranged.Do you know if this is a bug or that we have to change something ?We are on 22R2 SU7.Looking forward to your reply.

The .xml for the e-invoice does not take the correct IdTrasmittente, which should be the one starting with 070, and that was filled in the field for Fiscal No of Intermediary Body.Is there anything that I have missed in the configuration? How Break rule get affected with the setting flexible work time

I’m currently working with one of our Austrian Customer , they have lots of requirement which I have done some set up and make these working for several other test cases . But last point would be below and I can’t think of a way of making this work Would you kindly let me know if there are any other way of doing it , Break Schedule : Defined with Break on Work hours , defined with first 6hrs apply break 0.5hrs and if work 12 hours , Total break would be 1 hrs. Flex rule with Emp Schedule : Flex Work Time : According to Day typeMy intention is to give my Employee a Break of 0.5 hrs at each 6 hrs he works, assuming he starts works @ 6.00 am in the morning , I would expect him to have his first break at around 12.00 PM to 12.30 PM . When I checked Employees timecard, this is not possible . Since Emp schedule Flexible work time has been set to “According to Day Type “ , it considers counting hours from the start of the day schedule 8.30am . So the break applies after 8.30 am

Hi All, The scenario is like thisMultiple remote warehouse (Service Busses) with specified assortment.A pool of users that can use any of the service busses. When you create and prepare work order, how can you define service buss to issue from when you havn’t a specific user per service buss.The material required in the workorder, and the transport task created is to service buss 1 in all cases as I as a user is atached to all busses, this even I will use meterail from Service Buss 2 or get material transported to service buss 2. Connection timeout during the import operation process at Boomi connector's setting

Hi,I work at Boomi's Japanese subsidiary, assisting Japanese business partners. Currently our Japanese business partner is using Boomi's IFS partner connector to validate their connection to IFS Cloud 23R2.When using Boomi Atom Cloud, it works well, but when using their on-premise Atom, they are getting the following error in the Import Operation process.I just asked them to verify that their network firewall white list’s settings cover the following and waiting for their answer.Host names and IP addresses for the Boomi platform | Boomi Documentationbut I would appreciate your advice on what additional investigation I should do to clarify the root cause.Thank you in advance.

My settings are standard.Queue:BATCH2Execute As: systemLocale: englishquickreport without parametrsemail, email subject, email body sets normal and name of document is soubor.xlsx In Schedule i fill in Application_message id and One_time_task like FALSE and i getting this error application server Entity instance not found.
