Hi, Anyone ever encountered the same case with me? When I applied control plan template to a control plan, acceptance sampling detail on header and line were copied incomplete. Where Acceptance Sampling, AQL, Inspection Level and other details. I tried to reproduce with different scenarios, the result always the same.Was it happened to IEE as well?Control Plan Template with Setting of Acceptance Sampling for Attribute and VariableAcceptance Sampling of applied template ID did not copied properly (incomplete) to Control PlanControl Plan Template Line with detail of Acceptance Sampling (AQL)Applied Control Plan Template Line did not fully copied to control plan. Or is there a resource that clarifies all the fields that could have an impact and throw this error?

Our Timeclock has button for Balance. It brings up new window for showing the balance, but there is no data except name on left upper corner. Buttons for timecard and arrival time are setup same way and those work fine, but balance is not showing up. (Sorry for finnish language. Name under Saldo=balance, but no info on Balance type or value) This is configuration for Balance button.

Go to register arrivals and filter by "Source Ref Type" equal to "Return Material Authorization" and click search.Choose any one of them and click "Receive Parts against Order Deliveries". A pop up window appears and you can choose which material and quantity you want to return.It doesn't matter if you choose the quantity on the RMA or less than the quantity on the RMA, it give you the error shared below.

Hi, For some PM actions we are working with work steps. It is not mandatory to finish every step before we finish the work task. Afterwards we noticed that these work steps never disappears from the object overview even if both work order and work task is finished. Does anyone have any guideline about this?

In some countries the offset between GR Time and UTC changes twice a year. Tasks that were created when the offset was +2, when the offset changed to +3, the UI was displaying wrong values.Are there any recommendations or suggestions available to address this issue?
