For some PM actions we are working with work steps. It is not mandatory to finish every step before we finish the work task.
Afterwards we noticed that these work steps never disappears from the object overview even if both work order and work task is finished. Does anyone have any guideline about this?
+24hi, I’d say it’s almost certainly working “as designed” although we can question whether this is a candidate for future enhancement.
You could resolve your issue by mass closing these steps perhaps with a migration job, bpa etc.
It can be logged with support if you think the functionality is wrong.
