Our Timeclock has button for Balance. It brings up new window for showing the balance, but there is no data except name on left upper corner. Buttons for timecard and arrival time are setup same way and those work fine, but balance is not showing up.

 (Sorry for finnish language. Name under Saldo=balance, but no info on Balance type or value)
