Is it possible to put a sum field of the values in a bar chart lobby tile appended to the title? or actually anywhere else on the tile?
i would like to select more than one value here, the data has about 8 different Maintenance Organizations that I can choose. but I do not know how to group them to get 2 or 3 only in the tile.
I would like to change a specific document class to have a starting numbering of AAXXXX101I know it is possible but just cannot seem to find the exact place where to set this up. Can someone help direct me to the correct place to do this?

We would like to have an email with voicemail attachment from our customer hotline be received into IFS and Open a Case.Not only would this be a good way to track incoming calls from the hotline, but also be a way to gauge response time...etcDoes anyone know of anyone already doing this?Think of it like a helpdesk situation where the user can email to open a ticket….in this case it would be an email from the phone system opening a case.

Not really sure why the Demand Server cannot be started.We cannot log in with any user. Error states ‘Invalid Password or username.’The user is not locked. The periods are defined thru 2023I know that a user reported that the last time he used this was 09/2022….so not sure when the error started.Has anyone experience this and know a fix or what to look at?
I have created a Campaign in our TEST Environment but do not have the RMB to Activate.I only have ‘Close’ as an optionI do have a part, site, and customer set up for this campaign. As well as a sales promotion.Also I have tried with a coordinator instead of *, but I am still unable to activate the promotion so that I can test it.

I have a user who can download and view a word document, but cannot open the embedded PDFs in the document. I am trying to add field Approved_By_UserId from views ‘Gen_Led_Vouchers2’ or ‘Voucher’ to as a custom field on ‘Supplier Invoices Analysis’, ‘Multi-Company Invoices Analysis’, and ‘AP Suppler Invoices Analysis’.Basically if the field is null in gen_led_vouchers2 i can get it from transactions in the hold table.But I have never seen an IF/Then in a custom field select statement. :-/Can this be done and does anyone have an example?
