Hi all, After the weekend of 30th of March, we switched to summertime in France. After that, we have alerts coming from system-defined monitoring in App Monitoring about background jobs “stuck” (request for this alert is : SELECT COUNT(*) FROM batch_job_count WHERE action LIKE '%Transaction_SYS.%' AND next_date < (sysdate - 15/86400) AND enabled = 'TRUE' AND status != 'RUNNING'). After a check, it seems the times are not set the same way in “Database Processes” (guess : UTC) and Background jobs schedules (guess : UTC+1). Do you experienced same issue ? Is there any fix about that or shall we modify the request to have a correct alert ?

According to the help description for Manual: “The POC is based on a value manually entered by the user. The method cannot be used by Planning Projects, IFS/Project”. The Action Buttons are created in PRD environment with External Navigation, to keep the "source page" open for the end user and then open the destination page in a new browser tab.The issue here is when we clone from PRD environment has been applied to the Test Environment and the same Action Button is then used in Test Environment. Instead of opening the applicable destination page in Test Environment in a new browser tab, but the destination page is opened with PRD.How can we avoid having the destination page hardcoded in the AB and instead having the AB understand which environment it is being used in and then open the destination page in the corresponding environment?Any help would be highly appreciated.Thanks!.
We are using IFS cloud version 23R.1.8. Goal to solve: I want to set-up a storage at the production line with the most commonly used materials (eg. screws, bolts, washers). I will use real time consumption to decrease the stock-levels at the production storage. Once the level of material is below a certain point I want to automatically get more material from our main storage. Therefore I have set my eyes on using Kanban Circuits to solve this with signal type Automatic (Reorder Point).Problem:I have successfully created a Kanban Circuit in our test environment (which has production data), activated it and made a replenishment using “Kanban Reorder Point Request”. A Transport Task (TT) of the needed quantity is created automatically, so far so good.My problem is that the reserved articles are not placed on a new TT but on a closed TT from 2020. I have tried different locations and get the same issue, but it varies on which existing TT it places the material on. It never creates a new TT

Hello EveryoneI wanted to know if there was a quicker way to reduce the size of pdf reports. On some of our reports, such as a customer order, I have pdf files that are 4 MB in size. I've tried reducing the size of the images of the company logo but this has no impact on the size of the pdf. Regards
We have a user with a new laptop with Windows 11 and IFS 7.5 all windows (Customer window, Sales part window, etc..) are giving the error 'index was outside the bounds of the array error'.We installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 and 2010 and still got the error.For some users with Windows 11 APP 7.5 is working. Please let us know what can be the cause of this.
Hello,I would like to create a bookmark targeting the list of all my opportunities which are supposed to be signed by the end of this month.Intuitively, I have done something like this :Filtered search to be bookmarkedBookmark created based on the filtersThis works properly for the current month, here April for instance, because the Filter saved in the bookmark is “((MainRepresentativeId = 'XXXXXX')) AND EstimatedSignDate >= 2024-04-01 AND EstimatedSignDate <= 2024-04-30”.However, when May will arrive, it will not work properly, because the filter does not keep in memory “This Month” but rather “EstimatedSignDate >= 2024-04-01 AND EstimatedSignDate <= 2024-04-30”. Is there a way to make this automatic, instead of having to change this manually every month?ThanksClément
Using external file assistant to upload the credit card transactions to IFS. When the transactions are accidentally uploaded twice there is no possibility to remove them since the Credit card type is non reimbursable credit card type. There should be a possibility to delete them.

Hello IFS Community! Our opportunities are worked on for an extensive period of time, after being closed won, during which, at times, customers change the initial order. As we’ve already booked the initial order against revenue, we cannot just re-open a closed won opportunity and update the initially set estimated base value as that would wipe out the booked value from record.A potential solution is to copy an opportunity and create an adjusted record of the same for orders that have increased from initial order value but it does not work for opportunities that now have a decrease in value, as the estimated base opp value field will not accept a negative value entered. Anyone else dealing with anything similar to this? Is there a way to enter a negative value in base opp value? Thanks in advance!

The status is shown “Message 41191 has been posted to queue IN1”, but the user is unable to see the credit note/invoices in the External Supplier Invoice Load Information. Dear allWe are in testing upgrade from Apps10 to IFS Cloud and noticed the above background jobs never completing, or taking hours more.Calc_Lead_Time_Rpi.Recalc_Leadtimes takes 2 minutes 30 in Apps 10, but roughtly 7 hours in IFS Cloud.Mrp_Process_API.Sched_Pln_Network_Mrp_Proc__ takes roughly 30 minutes in Apps 10.. never seen in complete in IFS Cloud.Anybody any tips, or experiencing similar issues?We do not experience any other performance related issues.many thanksDominik
Hi,I’m hoping to limit the account values available to select in purchase order pre-posting based on the user creating the PO.Effectively, I would like to use the functionality of Posting Combination Rules, but have the rules apply to the pre-posting in a PO rather than just being checked at the invoicing stage.For example if someone in the IT department raised a PO, the list of accounts available should be limited to show only accounts relevant to IT.The only proposed solution I’ve come across for this is using saved searches, but this of course does not stop a user selecting other accounts, and is difficult to manage in Aurena for a large amount of users.Does anyone have any other potential solutions? We’re using Apps10 and procurement end users are using Aurena.Thanks
Hello,We have a custom multi-select look up to contact users in a form within the customiser.In the process designer I am looking for a way to send separate authorisation tasks to all contact users selected in the lookup when the event reaches a particular stage in the process.I have managed to get this working for a single select lookup, but I am struggling to get this working with the multi-select lookup.Does anyone have any ideas on the best way to achieve this?Thanks very much for any help.(Tried to post this in the Assyst general sub forum but wasn’t able to select it)
I have a new End User that as soon as she launches IFS they receive the following message. I have verified her User/Person account which is defaulted to English. Verified her Options setting under Tools are all setup correctly. Deactivated/Reactivated her account. Also, checked her PC and Google Chrome setting are set to the English Language as this always appears before the SSO message for her to connect to IFS. Any suggestions on how to correct this.
