Hello Everyone, I am trying to setup the basic data to run a Intersite flow. In customer’s scenario, he starts with a Purchase Order and then an automatic customer order will be created. All these involves Internal suppliers and Internal customers. what basic data should be there prior running a flow like this. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I'm using IFS Cloud version 22.2.2.Does anyone use the capabilities of IFS for data exchange using HTTP SOAP or HTTP REST?I received a communication certificate from the service provider, which allows me to access their service. I installed the certificate in Windows as Personal. With the certificate, I can open the service page (fictional address) https://connect.xxxxxx.com/xxxx-cdc/cdc00101?wsdl with the service directory. The page doesn't open without the certificate. I'm doing the same in IFS. I defined the Routing address as REST with the endpoint https://connect.xxxxxx.com/xxxx-cdc/cdc00101?wsdl. I pasted the key into the Keystore. I placed a reference to the key in the Additional Headers of the Routing address. ssl:KeyStoreId = xxxxxxx and ssl:KeyStorePwd = xxxxxxxx. The key's password is the same as the Keystore's. Authentication Method: None. (Other Routing addresses with a REST definition pointing to the https page are working, and the page data is displayed.)The service
This will be somewhat scatter brained because I’m unsure where to start. We’re using Apps9. Currently, our system is driving purchasing and shop order reqs with start dates in the past. this makes sense to me if we’re trying to meet a certain date for production due to sales orders etc based on the (poor) information we’re feeding the system, but obviously I cannot or produce order something to arrive in March if it’s already April. Moreover, it doesn’t appear that MRP or Master Scheduling is cleaning up these back dated reqs. Clearly step one is fix the bad data, but which besides lead times? I know I need to clean this information up, but it’s unclear where - these reqs are sitting in either a proposalcreated or planned status. Any guidance on how to eat this elephant would be appreciated - it seems wholesale deleting them is an option, but given the amount of clean up utilities and other functions within IFS, that seems in-congruent with the way the rest of the system works.

Hi,I have a problem with starting the Android application: IFS Aurena Scan IT 10.After entering url and system id, the login screen is displayed - I enter the user login and password, next click log in and I get an error message:Application ScanIT is not enabled in the system. 21r2, using Chrome and with Aurena Agent installed, I find that the “eye” preview icon on a document attachment opens a PDF in the browser, whereas if i go to the document and click “View” i get the standard docman download to local checkout path.What’s the reason for the difference?Is there a way to get the eye/in-browser preview elsewhere?Preview in browser:
Hello,in IFS Cloud 22R2, we have a property called ‘Editable Function’ in the Page Designer. I believe using this property, we can include conditions/parameters based on which the field will be marked either as Editable or Read-Only. But currently, it doesn’t allow us to add any conditions. Is there a specific scenario when we can use this property? Also, do we have any supporting documents or reference fields with this property enabled? Please let me know. Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

Customer (Apps10 EE) wants to create a document revision without a file and in a field on the document revision enter a link to an external location where the file will reside. I recall doing this before custom fields were readily available, but I cannot recall where in the document revision the link was entered. Anybody have experience with this without using a custom field?
We are an Apps 8 user and already use the Project Management module, including the WBS element. However, at this time we do not utilise the CBS element and I have struggled to work out how to utilise this alongside the WBS to any real advantage. Are there any good papers/user guides/experiences out there that might assist? The on-line Help files aren’t helping much.Thanks!
Hi all,I have a question regarding the possibilities of BPA. We have a customer that would like to see an informative message if some conditions are met. This means we are going to compare two values and if they are different from each other we want to inform the user of this. In BPA we have the Validate type which can be used to perform a validation. Except when using the “Terminate End Event” in the workflow the workflow will block the user from saving the record as this is an error message. Is there another way to do this validation, but not to show an error message but an informative message? Because we still want to save the change. Since the check is on a custom attribute, I found out that a custom event on the custom field table with online SQL is not working. The Client_Sys.Add_Info is not working in that case. That is the reason we are looking at BPA as a solution. Kind regards,Michael
Hi Community, One of customer receive below error when saving a small change in the page designer in customer order. The error doesn’t appear in other pages like Shop order. Customer is in IFS Cloud 22 R1 {"error":{"code":"ODATA_PROVIDER_ERROR","message":"An internal server error occurred. Hi,We are having work instructions as attachments to the PM’s and Work Orders/Tasks. These attachments should be printed together with the Work Order. Is it possible with IFS App 10 standard to print Work Orders with attachments in same operation?
Background:We at Electrolux implementing IFS FSM as our Field Service Management platform including FSM Mobile App for Field Service Technicians. Currently using FSM6u10. Requirement: I, as a service technician, want to be able to record spare parts I consumed/used on a consumer/customer site by simply scanning the barcode on the spare part packet, instead of manually typing the long 14 digits part id.Questions: Is the FSM Mobile App only supporting the Barcode Scanning functionality with a 3rd party free open source app for Android? Since the 3rd party app is no longer supported by original developers, how in future IFS would provide warranty support for the 3rd party open-source app since FSM product documentation doesn't specify if the 3rd-party software is supported i.e., maintenance support covered by IFS in case of product upgrades, android upgrades, etc. so to ensure the barcode scanning functionality continue to work. After creating a custom attribute for an entity, it is required to enable History Log for that. For that following steps were followed. Test Plan:Create a “Custom Attribute” in the "PurchaseOrder" entity and publish it. Open the "History Log Configuration" page and search for Lu Name "=PurchaseOrder". Observe that only one entry is shown with Table Name "PURCHASE_ORDER_TAB". Expectation:Expects another entry - "PURCHASE_ORDER_CFT", so can enable logging on custom attribute. This used to work in IFSAPP10. See following attachment. But in IFS Cloud, it doesn’t seem like above. See following attachment.
Hi everybody, I would like to import an external customer payment and match the information with an invoice by creating a mixed payment. Basic data : Create a template Create a Payment Format ID ; Create Payment Method and set payment method per institute and external payment parameters When we do that we can import correctly the CSV file and this file will be generated in the path menu External Payments : When i check the detail i don't have a matching with the invoice and i miss the information If someone know the setting to do? If a repair shop order is created from component repair order is there any way in IFS to attach the shop order material to project inventory supply type? After that we want PMRP job to create demand for those materials. IFS does not seem to have anyway to convert consumed materials to Project Inventory.
Every time I log into IFS Community my password is not accepted.. I am able to reset it, by following the reset password link. The problem is when i come back later (short or long period of time), the password is ‘wrong’ again. This happens EVERY time, and I am positively sure that I enter it correctly. :-(
Hi all,We connected IFS to Slack to send notifications rather than using IFS Notify and it has worked perfectly until yesterday, when Slack changed their root certificates causing a trust failure. We imported the new root certificates into the Oracle wallet but the issue remains (see below). We also imported the root certs into Windows trusted root store as recommended by Slack.The question is: Does anything need to be restarted, i.e. Oracle service, Oracle server, Middleware server etc?Many thanks. In Apps9 we have an IFS Report Designer report that shows within the ‘Reporting’ submenu for Financials, but does not show in Order Report. We can work around but the user wants it to show in Order Reports.The report is granted to the correct permission set (hence shown in the Reporting menu), and is a standard IFS report.Any ideas why it does not show up in Order Report?
Problem: It is not possible to create clickable hyperlinks in IFS Cloud environments (same issue with APP10 Aurena). The workaround is to create an ExternalNavigatorLink/ NavigatorLink type custom command button.Request/ Idea: Include the Clickable Hyperlinks feature in IFS CloudCase ID: CS0072387
