How to create a new tabular model (custom) in the IFS cloud? I mean like to create a brand new model using a set of tables(data sources) of customer choice.

Forward Map Position of Work Order to the Work Task

Hi, as Sahan mentioned above, map positions are not supported Object Connection Transformation rules. So please don’t try that.On the other hand, the default inheritance of the map position or WO Address from work order to work tasks has not been considered in the current design due to the nature of the WO - WT relation. For example, there can be one work order, that consists of multiple work tasks of different objects different locations etc. etc. that requires different map positions. However, there is another approach if that fits in. When we set the right “Location Address” (that has a map position) on the respective Equipment Object. Here the map position is inherited towards WO and WT by default.I hope this would help.

Move Serial Object to Inventory

As you have seen it, in APP10, “Move To Inventory” is only available in the EON. I have tested your 2nd concern in APP10 now. The Return line is clearly registered on the Work Task page. (Don't expect it on Work Order Pages though). It works fine for me as shown in the picture below. Which APP10 Service Update are you in?

Move Serial Object to Inventory

What is the IFS Cloud Version? or is it APP10??“Move to Inventory” command is available in all places like Serial Object, Serial Objects and Equipment Object Navigator, from IFS Cloud 22R2 version onwards.

Cost from Work Task on Project Connected WO

Hello, I don't see any reason for not showing respective planned costs on the project activity. I have given a try and project activity gets the respective planned cost updates.

Register direct delivery for serialized parts

“Mak Maintenance Aware” is one of the workaround options that can be considered to create and place a serial object. However, it is not an option within the Direct Delivery process, but when the serial parts are in the respective inventories..

I’m sorry, I’m not really sure whether I got your question 100% clear.However, If you refer it to the filter part of the link, you have to adjust it in accordance with your requirement. For example, page/TimeAuthorization/Form?$filter=CompanyId eq $[COMPANY_ID] and EmpNo eq $[EMP_NO] Will this resolve your concerns?

We have “Time Authorization” Lobby Element as shown below. Its Navigation is set to “Quick Time Authorization” assistant.Manager Services > Time and Attendance Lobby Page > Time Authorization Element The Navigation URL address there is set as “assistant/QuickTimeAuthorization/QuickTimeAuthorizationAssistant” Edit and Change the Navigation URL Address something similar to “page/TimeAuthorization/Form;path=0.985058153.1069399219.36286911.1410608814.1462759531” Once changes are saved, the lobby element should navigate to “page/TimeAuthorization” I hope this would help? good luck!

What is the purpose of Data root in IFS Cloud Lobby data source designer?

Observation on Equipment Object Navigator is bit strange to me🤔. Could you please open the ‘Serial Object; window and query for 7000 123-500 500154. Check whether it has a Belongs to Object? Problem is, that object doesn’t exisit (Searched for serial 500154): Br, Michael I hope you/your user has access to Site ‘NLS01’? Otherwise, it seems to be data corruption to me. That confirms that, serial number 500154 has been moved as child object in 7000 123-500 500144 serial object. Thus, the given error message appears. How do you want handle this now? Move the Serial 500154 back into Inventory & issue it back?

Is it possible to add a custom field to the View list in the project?

I’m sorry, initially thought it was an issue in IFS Cloud. Shipment of Completed Work Order Units

I would like to know which IFS Cloud version you are operating with.We have introduced new capabilities in “Ship Goods & Assets.” area in IFS Cloud 23R1 release. This enables to use either shipment order or a distribution order (internal customer order + purchase order) during the return material activity on a work task. Hi Bhagya, by observing the behavior, my best understanding is one (column visible) os applicable to List Pages whereas the other (visible) applicable to detail pages. I hope this would help?
