Income type added doesn't appear under LOV

Hi,

I have added an Income type as ‘X’. I m trying to add it under customer tax withholding →  customer income type tab. But in the LOV of income type, i cannot see the type ‘X’ i added even with populate. Is there any specific pre-requisite based on in which the income types gets filtered here in LOV.

Please check the customer country & country code added in income types window.

Hi @Zuha Samsudeen ,

Check the Income Type Country and the Customer Connected Company’s country which you are defining the withholding information.
