(Similarly to the creation of an outlook meeting)For example : book a technician for 3 hours on a Tuesday morning without a work order or any detail of the work to do and later on add the work order once we have the information. Hello There, Currently, I am in the SHOP FLOOR WORKBENCH window and trying to approve an operation for a specific lot/batch. Before doing so, I am supposed to enter the inspection results for the Control plan. Within that “enter inspection results” window, there is a field named “Unit of measure” that displays the value. I would like to know, if it is possible to set up “UoM” ?ora window to look at the pre-defined UoM values for a specific operation ? Looking forward to your responses.
Question regarding Apps10 customer who is using both interfaces EE and Aurena for LTU users. We been informed that you can only add one of below permission to light user:FND_RUNTIME (used for Enterprise Explorer) FND_WEBRUNTIME (used for Aurena) Is there are workaround that these users could use both interfaces as of the Aurena UX is not yet fully taking into use.

Hi, I have a Work Order with a Non Inventory Parts Line. I can see it in the Sales Tab and I now want to report in the WO and generate the invoice. When I try to generate Invoice I get: How can I generate the Invoice for this type of PO? It works fine for ‘Part Lines’ just not ‘No Part Lines’
Hi, I have a customer who is using 2 sites (A and B) for inventory and manufacturing. For that they have defined inventory parts that are existing on both sites, also as supplier for purchase part:Site A: primary supplier = external ; secondary supplier = Site BSite B: primary supplier = Site AWhen I want to make this parts “Multi-site Planned” at both sites, I get the error message of a “Supply Loop”. I understand that there is a loop created, but not as default supply chain. We still want the possibility to use both site A and B as supplier for the other site because we will keep inventory at both sites and in some cases it will be quicker to supply from the other site then externally.Is there a way to overcome this issue?thanks,Kurt

hi, my goal is to put Project ID dropdown list from Project Definition Page into Business Opportunity.I’ve tried with some manuals from IFS but it’s very hard for me to figure out without step by step tutorial. I’m very new to IFS.My question is,In the Active Page, Datasource Entity Set already exists with BusinessOpportunities, how can I put different data source (Project Definition) here? I’ve created Entity Configuration, Projection Configuration but I don’t know how to plug them in to get Project Definition in the Page Design.
Does anyone know how to discount a specific price from an invoice that's created from a customer order in service and maintenance, I can only see a way of discounting a percentage and id like to discount a specific cost?
Hi! I am using IFS Cloud and are trying to create a Quick report. After filling in the required information (see picture 1) I press Save and get redirected to the detaild view. But the detailed view is empty (see picture 2). For some reason I can´t see my quick report I just created. From the debuger I can see that a ID is created for the report. My guess is that this is caused by something related to access.
i have made the lobby elements to type Aurena , and gave the access to user . THe problem is while viewing on web browser using Aurena they are getting displayed properly but on mobile the elements are not getting displayed.
Dear Sir; Before delivery parts to the customer, the parts (inventory items) are packed by packing material (inventory items) with a standard numbers for each packing material.I would like to consume appropriate numbers of these packing material, following the numbers of parts delivery. Hi, We have one scenario where we are buying boxes for packing the items. Now packing can be controlled in IFS through Handling Unit. In Handing Unit, we define the category as boxes,pallets etc. but dont link to any purchased packing material. Please suggest how this can be controlled in IFS. Thanks HA
We need to create a separate batch message queue BATCH_INVOICE to handle the printing of batches of customer invoices In Sequence. We would like all other print jobs to go through the standard BATCH2 - batch queue used for print jobs and leave the standard queue with execution mode of In Parallel.In test I have created the new message queue and set this to execute in sequence using 1 thread (so that the print jobs are sent in order as sorted in the print customer invoices screen).I would like to know how can I configure IFS to only send print jobs with the title of ‘Invoice’ to the newly created queue?We are on Apps 10 and our users require this to help them sort batches of invoices by customer for posting. We want to keep invoice printing separate to other print jobs as to not slow down other forms of printing. Thanks,Darren Turner
Hi We have sold one of our fixed assets, but when i try to raised instant invoice and attached the Fixed asset, I keep getting this error message.. IFS 9 - I have one user who is unable to view the tasks that he creates or that others create. He can create a task, he then receives the email but nothing appears on tasks. Has anyone run into this experience and how did you fix it?

Hello,we are currently using the Map Position module to display the locations of our machines. In particular for our service department and their work order planning, it would be important for us to be able to see the address as well as the coordinates. We get the coordinates / geoposition via an REST-Webservice that the machine manufacturer makes available to us. Is there a way to do reverse geocoding with the add-on map position? Or are we forced to connect an API elsewhere?Thank you!

Hi.We are currently trying to figure out how to remove parts from a site. For instance if the site gets shut down, how do I remove all the parts using the mobile app? There is a remove parts screen, but nothing shows up.The way we want it to work is have a task for the site and then select parts from a list to remove them.Any help on this would be very much appreciated.
In PSO 6 how do i add a filter, in scheduling resource view, that does not contain a word/phrase? Contains is a standard option but I need the inverse for my filter
