IFS 9 - I have one user who is unable to view the tasks that he creates or that others create. He can create a task, he then receives the email but nothing appears on tasks.  Has anyone run into this experience and how did you fix it? 

@Domyers58  Could you please attach a screenshot of the screen you are referring to, because there are many functional areas related to different types of tasks. So adding an image will help to understand the exact issue.

Please note that I ended up recreating the user account and it now works.

The tasks I referred to was at the bottom of every window.  User was able to create the task with the regular process but the task would not be visible.  No action is required.
