Hi,

I am trying to set up WaDaCo in Aurean 22R2. I am however getting the following Sync issue - refer my screenshot below . It doesn’t get resolved I tried to uninstall and re-installing as well

Please can you advice what needs to be done to sort this out ?

Hi,

Can you deactivate and activate again. Once activated, please check the sync task screen and find the task of type INIT and see it’s progress.

Also look at Logs in the client and server. Could be an error is shown in the logs which is the root cause of this

@MuzYashoN ,

Please make sure the below database process is enabled & scheduled. I faced the same issue while using MWO and the reason was mobile sync database process was disable while upgrading the system.

Hi Mithun 

Database process (Push) does not stop device init. But MWO use Grouped Push Data and which require the database process (Grouped Push). Bu in generally if database process is not available then (disabled) then it will stop data sync like Push Data in later stages. So it’s always good to see all the DB processes are enabled and scheduled.
