Hi, our client have request to distribute netting off of down payment of customer order proportionally with delivered amount (partial delivery).For example:Total Invoice: 1000Down Payment (40%): 400Invoice 1st Delivery (50%): 500Invoice 2nd Delivery (50%): 500Since customer order delivered twice (50% and 50%), down payment need to be netted off proportionally 50% for first invoice (50% * 400 = 200), and 50% for second invoice (50% * 400 = 200).At IFS Standard, since down payment amount (400) less than first invoice (500), all down payment amount will be netted off for first payment.Anyone ever has the same request? Hello,My company have just done an upgrade from Apps9 upd 8 to Apps9 upd 18. We have noticed changes in the reconciliation process of customer schedules during the upgrade. I’m looking for more detailed specification about how the reconcile is supposed to work in different scenarios, more details than are available in the online help and e-training as this information has not helped us to solve the problem so far.The remaining problem is that we have some customers that does not keep backorder lines in the customer schedules other than as accumulated information. We did not have a problem with this in previous version, but now the reconcile are treating deliveries towards the backorders as deliveries on future order lines and removing qty in the reconcile process. Hi Everyone, I’m sorry but I’m not all that knowledgeable when it comes to IFS. What I am trying to do for our business is generate the Shipment BOL report via API. When I debug IFS it looks like it’s calling ShipmentBillOfLadingRep.svc however when I attempt to replicate the same calls I’m not getting anything useful back. Does anyone know how I can generate the Shipment BOL Report for a specific shipment ID using the IFS API? Perhaps there is a more generic Report API that I should be using instead of the ShipmentBillOfLadingRep.svc API? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Mark

Dear IFS team,we are about to go live with b2b in IFS Cloud solution for procurement. It’s using Aurena B2B client for our suppliers to be able to participate in tenders. A pre-requisite for login to IFS B2B is an AD account in Oriflame domain for all B2B users due to security requirements and MFA authentication. AD accounts are created automatically by a tool called Microsoft Access Package, which is a web form to collect user attributes and approval flow. This tool was free but recently Microsoft changed the license policy. We are wondering if you are aware of the new licensing policy and if you have any alternative recommendations for your customers.Thanks for sharing any relevant information on this topic.
Hello all, As you can see in the screenshot below, I have selected certain fields from the specific list to be made read-only.However, when I log in as a dispatcher user and go to the Planning --> Resource Data --> Resources, I notice that only the free-text fields have become read-only. The dropdown list fields, for example, remain active, and I can still edit them. Is there a way to make all fields read-only for this particular list , regardless of their type?Please provide your inputs...Kind Regards
Most of our users are currently unable to open certain checked in word documents using document management. IFS APPS 10 UPD13 - Windows 11. In some cases it will open the document, appear to load (with the watermark flashing across the document) and then close itself immediately. Other times it will look like it will open (windows loading cursor) but not open at all. Some of these documents appear to be password protected. Other users are getting the error “no view file available, are you sure you want to check in the document?” when when they check out a document, edit and try to check back in.Any ideas?Thanks

The user groups are closed but the period status on the period is grey for both “Close Period” and “Close Period Finally” There are no vouchers in the GL holding table to post for this year and nothing shows in “Validation Transactions in Progress”. We have rerun “Distribution and Manufacturing Voucher Transfer” and it shows nothing. If I reopen the period above the one I am trying to close it will not allow me to close by means of a right click on period status. It is also greyed out. At a loss. Please advise. Thanks!

Hi, In app10 upd17, we discovered an odd behavior in customer schedule reconciliation. When having Ignore in Reconcile as Backorder Option and Use Delivery Note is activated as Reconcile Option, the schedule gets stuck with Reconcile failed but no error message when there are deliveries in transit (shipped but not received by the customer). Is this the correct behavior? Should not the user get an indication of what is incorrect? Regards,Josefin
Can anyone explain how to approve a budget and load the budget version in the IFS cloud? I found that IFS Cloud removed the budget process and replaced it with business planning.
