As far as I can see it is not possible to edit the Characteristics Template in the Aurena Assortment masks: In the Enterprise Explorer it is possible to modify the charateristic template: Is there a work around for the Aurena Client that I did not find?
Hi All, Current situation for a customer from us:they’ve manufactured a Part Serial that is composed of other Part Serials in a structure They do not create Serial Objects At a certain point a subcomponent Part Serial is taken back into stock (through a Work Order) because it was broken and replaced by another The broken part get’s repaired Now they would like to use the part again in a different structure Unfortunately they now get an error: So because the Part Serial is part of a structure (due to the initial manufacturing), we can’t issue the part. Unfortunately we also cannot disconnect is from it’s parent structure because this is no longer an option in the menu. What is the correct way to solve this issue? Best RegardsRoel

Hi, I would like to spread NON inventory parts to Sites in IFS Cloud, to avoid creating the same non inventory part in each site. I found Assortment functionality which allows to spread the part to multiple sites but the part is created as inventory part not non inventory part.Is it possible to use this functionality with Non inventory parts ? or is there any functionality in IFS which allows to spread non inv part into different sites Thank you ,
My customer has multiple environments. On one test environment, I was able to successfully put MWO into operation. Now I wanted to do the same for the second environment, but when logging into MWO I get the following error message. And I can't find the difference between the two environments. What exactly does the error point to?

I have IFS Cloud 22R1 installed in a Cloud (VM) service provider and for the moment there is no reverse proxy server. No DNS settings setup yet.We can access IFS over the internet, with a host file entry at local machine, since we have a public IP at MT server (Ubuntu). Local machine host file is as below.222.123.188.199 is the public IP as shown above. (Not the real IP I’m using)I can load landing page as below.https://xxx-tst.xxxxxx.cloud/main/ifsapplications/web/startI have configured with Azure AD and if I tried log in with Azure AD, I’m getting an error.Please go through below steps. Hi I believe that in Apps9 you can create a Custom Event that forces the Security checkpoint to appear, thus adding an extra level of security. (i.e. forcing the user to input password). This is the same functionality that is standard in DocMan. Does anyone know how to enable this? i have seen it working in a Shop Order guideline (have screen images) but dont have (access) to the code anymore to see what triggers it. Any ideas? David.

I’m setting up a cloud solution surrounding the information regarding the External Payment Parameters.One of the tell me to “Modify Reason Codes in External Payment Parameters”.I cannot find the Reason Codes within External Payment Parameters, the only parameters that I find in regards to External payments are Return Reason Codes. When I look at the External Payment Details, I have the columns Reason Code but even if I have errors, no Reason Code is presented, I assume these needs to be created. Does anyone have a clue of the functionality of the Reason Code and how I set this up?
Hi all, We upgraded touch apps server from 10.10.301 to 10.20.497 . after upgrade i could access admin portal of touch apps(with new upgraded version). but unable to login IFS AURENA scanit 10 client device ,it showed below error every time when we tried to loginw3wp.exe Error: 0 : ERROR_PROGATED_SYSTEM_EXCEPTION:Stream was not readable.what can be the reason? Hello,We are moving to IFS Cloud 23R1. We see the functionality of the Employee Availability page but think it would be even more helpful if the page included the Group ID and a Supervisor field. For Group ID, we think this will help slice the data down to a more manageable viewFor Supervisor field, one example is that this would be used to seed approval for allocating an employee to a project.Has anyone found another way to utilize the Employee Availability without adding custom fields or another page?Thank you,Joann(Ent issue #181, 182)
Dear community,What is the best way to scan one main barcode on the report if we are using the Shop Floor Workbench and the Wadaco Config. REVEIVE_SHOP_ORDER?Requirment is to use one Barcode in which contains the Order no, Release No and Sequence No or as second option the Barcode.I also though to use the Operation ID which would be the best for the Shop Floow Workbench but unfortunatly I found no way to use it with the wadaco.Barcode ID used for Operation ID: Regarding the Wadaco Configuration: Is the Barcode ID on Shop Order Header Level ? What can be done to use the Operation ID in the Wadaco? Is there a way to use the Operation ID as well in the Wadaco?Or if we go with the Shop Order, is there a way to scan one barcode and which fills up all fields (Order No, Release No and Seq. No)? And for the Wadaco then as well?

On the Available Lines for Shipments page there is a field named Available Qty, but I don’t know where it’s coming from - the View is SOURCE_LINE_SHIPMENT but that field doesn't seem to be in that view. It also doesn’t appear to be a custom field. Does anyone know where that field is coming from?
Will I ever learn to love Cloud over IEE? I’m looking at a Routing for a part number 123-XYZ-NN66-8579/A. I want create a new Inventory Part for 123-XYZ-NN66-8579/B. How I long to be able to highlight the part number in the Routing, click CTRL+C and then open the Inventory Part screen, click ‘+’ and then CTRL+V. If anyone has a similarly slick alternative I’d love to hear from you Thanks, Community!:-) Linda
