We are currently experiencing a recurring issue with the "IFS Data Migration Excel Add-in" plugin in our IFS Applications 10 environment, affecting users.
Users sporadically encounter the following message when opening excel:
Microsoft Office Customization Installer
Updates Office customization
An error occurred during installation.
Name: IFS Data Migration Excel Add-in

The custom functions of the program will not work because one or more files
for the following customization cannot be found: IFS Data Migration Excel Add-in.
Uninstall the customization using Add or Remove Programs in Control
Panel, and then install the customization from the following location:When this error occurs, the add-in tab disappears from Excel. Attempting to reinstall the add-in results in a message indicating that the add-in already exists. We are currently resolving the issue by clearing VSTO files in the registry (Regedit). While this solution works, we are keen to understand the root cause of the problem as it frequently impacts our users.
