Connect SQ to Existing BO

In apps9 is it possible to connect a Sales Quote to a Business Opportunity.  I know I can create the BO and then RMB to create the SQ.  But in the event I need to go the other way, can I do that?

Configuration Not Transfering to Incoming Customer Order

We have a CO → PO → CO process in place. Part# 1 is configured in CO#1 with supply code of Int Purch Dir.  PO#1 is auto created - config details are displaying on PO CO#2 (Incoming Customer Order) is not showing the configurationNote - this is working 98% of the time, but there been a few occasions where the config is not transferring and we cannot determine why. Any help is appreciated.

MWO Maint Org

Currently we use Maint Orgs to limit what objects a user can see in MWO.  This works for most of our employees, however, we have a few who can see more than they should.  How do we rectify this situation?

Auto Close Business Opportunity

I am wanting to understand why the business opportunity does not auto close when the attached sales quote was converted to an order and subsequently closed. Example: BO#1 → Converted to SQ#1 → Converted to CO#1 BO Status = Confirmed - why is this not closing?SQ Status = ClosedCO Status = Released

Customer Net invoice with Credit on Account

We have a situaltion where we need to provide a customer with an invoice that shows we applied a credit on account to the total.  Example:Customer order/invoice total = $100Credit on Customer acct = $25Customer now needs a new invoice that shows Total = $100 Less Credit $25 with Total Due = $75 Any suggestions?

Invoicing Specific Payment Milestones but need to make changes to order lines

We work of contracts where our payment terms are identified and typically run based on a milestone of delivery dates, etc.  We are currently using staged billing.  The problem we are running into is as follows:Order is created, staged billing created, order is released.We go to build (CTO) and config changes or our qty was wrong. Right now, we are not able to make changes that do not effect prices.  We have to close the order line manually and create a new line on the order.   We would really like a better solution for this.  Any ideas welcome.

Intersite Purchase order to Customer Order freight

We are having issues with freight being added to an intesite order and holding up the closing of the order and not transferring back to the PO.  Thoughts on why this would be happening? Our scenario is as follows:PO is created by Site A to get inventory from Site B. Customer Order is created from PO in Site B. Site B ships the items to the address for Site A via our shipping tool Freight tracking tab is populated with data Freight gets stranded right now on the customer order Thanks!

Service Contract Credits

When an order is created from a service contract but we determine it was created in error, what is the best way to back this out? Right now the only thing we can do is post the invoice, then perform a credit and then re-enter the service contract.  Thanks!

Purchase Order Cost - Updated after Receipt

Hello! We have a scenario where we received on a PO but then found the cost on the PO was incorrect.  We are able to upate the cost on the PO but the cost change is not reflecting on the manual supplier invoice so we are unable to pay the correct dollar amount to our supplier.  Any suggestions?

Inventory Part Availablity Planning showing incorrect info

We have a part showing up in the Inventory Part Availablity Planning screen that no long has open demand on the order.  The order line has been delivered of all quanties already.  How do we get our planning screen to reflect that this order has no demand?

Purchase Order Direct Ship Via Logic

Hello!When entering an order with supply code of purchase order direct, how does the ship via hierarchy work on that?  Our expectation was that the PO would inherit the ship via from the customer order.  Example:Customer Order → Delivery Info →  Ship via of Next Day Air Purchase Order → Misc Order Info → Ship Via created as Standard Ground Purchase Order → Part Order Lines → Purchase Order Line Address → Delivery Information → Ship Via created as Standard Ground

Closing an RMA

We have an RMA where the only thing we have on it is a charge line, no Return Material Lines.  That charge line has been approved for credit and processed.  We cannot get the RMA to close.  Any help would be appreciated.

Customer Consignment Stock - Order Line Status

We consumed a qty on the customer consignment screen.  Customer order line shows history of invocing as well as showing the invoice itselft as (PaidPosted) however the line is still showing as delivered and we cannot return items until the line status changes.  Any ideas?

Customer Order Line Status - Not changing to Invoiced

We have a customer order where we have 2 staged billing lines on.  The lines have been completely invoiced and have also been completely delivered.  The lines are still showing delivered as the status instead of invoiced/closed.  Why?
