We have a part showing up in the Inventory Part Availablity Planning screen that no long has open demand on the order. The order line has been delivered of all quanties already. How do we get our planning screen to reflect that this order has no demand?

Hi, I am not sure about the your specific situation, but normally when the CO is delivered, the line will be removed from the IPAP window. When there are any orders remaining, those will be visible in lines.
I agree, that normally that is occuring, but in this case, the planning screen is not updating.
