IFS Cloud 22R1 - Connection timeout

Customer order line blocked on status delivered

I have an order line I can’t change status from delivered to invoiced. Because this line stays on DELIVERED, stays on DELIVERED status too. Does somebody have an idea how change my line status?Thanks,

Migrating my changes from an environment A to environment B

Hi,I am new in IFS system and I have huge implementations that involves many windows. Is there an option to export/import to migrate between many environments?Somebody that works with me told me that I need to replicate manually all my changes in each environment. It’s hard to believe, so anybody can help me?

How creating a webservice - IFS9

Hi,It did a few months since I am in IFS world. We are working with a third-party company to put in place a transaction site, all transactions must enter to IFS, and one problem we are having is that we need to create the customer in IFS once the transaction finalized. I found all documentation and I didn’t find any BizAPI to create customers. Does anyone know how to do this? I try to find documentation explain how to create a webservice on IFS but I didn’t find it.Thanks,

IFS Excel tool - Misc. Parts from project module.

Good morning,I’ll try to explain my problem best as I can . I need to import my misc. parts data to a spectific project. My problem here is that I need for exemple my activity code and the person that seize has juste the activity ID. My question is: Can I put any kind of logic that allows me to fill out another cell based on the information seized?Exemple: When I seized my project and my activity ID, the cell acitivity code will be fill out automaticly.Let me know if you need more information Thanks,

IFS Cloud - Unable to find my custom view when create a new lobby data source

Morning,We are trying to create a new lobby, but we it come time to create the datasouce (using datasource designer), we are getting always the error “UNABLE TO FIND xxxxx View” (where xxxxx is the name of the view). I already change the grants in all ways possible, and I don’t thing the problem is it. Did anyone have the same problem and managed to fix? Thanks, Gianni

IFS Cloud 23.1.2 - Print Agent

Hi Guys,Need your help with print agent. After update IFS Cloud to 23.1.2, our print agent begin to have a weird behavior. For example, now each 2 days he are having some kind of lock in Oracle Database related to the print agent(once it happens, print agent does not be able to reconnect) and the DDL error showed in the message below:Anybody has an idea how to solve this problems, Thanks,Gianni

Expense module and Trip Tracker

Hi,We have IFS 9 I am trying to put in place Trip tracker 9, but I have a huge problem. Our company have offices in Canada, USA and Europe. For Canada we can save some taxes, according to each province law, so I have I different tax percentage, per province, per expense. Supposing I have 20 expense codes, for juste 5 provinces to parameter, in the end I will have 100 lines. My problem is how to show all this in Trip Tracker 9 if I can filter my expenses code.Can anyone have any idea? My boss is thinking to use another software to managing expenses, but I am trying to give I shot to IFS.Let me know if I was not clear enough.Thanks,

Hi,We are migrating from version 9 to Cloud (22.1.5) and I am having trouble with an import of Currency rate. In version 9 we generate rate files into a directory on the server and IFS task go take this file and import currency rate.In Cloud version, I cannot see my directory on my server. Supplier payment confirmation - Email - IFS 9

Hi,We are having a problem with some supplier. Some off them are not receiving our automatique payment confirmation by email. I doubled check to validate and It seems that all configurations are correct. I try using my email and nothing happens. Anybody know how these confirmations are send?
