We have a few thousand obsolete inventory parts (status = O - OBSOLETE). Is there a way to hide/archive these parts to stop coming up on Inventory Part searches? It is “cluttering” the screen and there is no reason for users to see these PNs.In our old system we [in general] archived parts that had been obsoleted for at least 2 years. Once archived, it would not show up on standard inventory part searches. There was a special way to search for archived parts and it was possible to “unarchive”, but seldom did we ever have a need to do this.Thanks

FSM 6u30 Update iOS compatibility

Hello, we have recently received the upgrade package for FSM6u30 and there is a conflict related to the supported version of iOS. The Upgrade Guide indicates:IOS - Any device running iOS 12 through iOS 17 (including iPadOS) is supported. but the Release Notes indicate:IOS 18 SUPPORT - Support for Apple iOS 18 is now available in this release. Error when saving path on assystETM Message Format JSON

Are there any special considerations or configuration that must be performed to allow for the usage of longer paths when saving a Message Format as JSON?I seem to be unable to save a new Message format with Base Message Format as JSON and Path as anything more than 3 characters. Attempts at longer paths such as /devices causes an error: ErrorPath (JsonExpression) exceeds the configured maximum length of 3The Assyst Wiki (assystETM Message Formats:JSON) does not mention any limitations in Path, nor mention how to configure the maximum length.

custom page configuration command button only processing first record in selected list

Command button custom page configuration will only process the first record in the selected list (multiple rows checked). Method on command button is set to ‘Action’ and it does process the first row successfully.Any ideas? Thanks

Resource Group Selection in Time Registration

When a person is connected to an resource group and when that resource group is their primary resource group the resource group is fetched correctly in time registration. But I am able to see the other resource groups and able to select other resource groups and saved the record too.An employee should be only seeing the resource groups only connected to them and not all the resource groups which in the company. Any solution for above. Our employees work in multiple resource groups and they are tagged in for specific resource groups?

I am getting the attached error when trying to specify an Internal Supplier and Supplier Site. The error seems to suggest that there are already Purchase Parts at this site connected to this Supplier. Do the parts need to be set up differently or is this an issue with the Supplier set up?

Using Custom URL in APPS10 address bar to sort results

Hello experts,I would like to open the CommodityCodes table sorted by COMMODITY_CODE in ascending order by default in a new navigator element. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to put together the correct address/parameter.Although IFS opens and populates the target form, it does not apply the sorting. I have tried different formats and orders such as:&$orderby=COMMODITY_CODE&orderby=COMMODITY_CODE&orderby=colsCommodityCodeThe target mask’s standard order is switched off.Does anyone have a tip or document that might help me solve this?Many thanks!

Trip Tracker Cloud Status Incorrect

We are on 24R1SU5 and we are primarily using Trip Tracker to submit expenses. We have noticed an issue in that when an expense is confirmed in the app, it is not confirmed in IFS. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, was there anything you could do to remedy it? I’ve tried running the sync job on the phone with no luck. Any help is appreciated.

Create New Lead from a Business Activity - No reference is created between them

I can create a “New Lead” using a button on the Business Activity (for a Customer).However after doing so, there is no pointer from the Lead to the Activity or vice versa. Seems like they should have a reference to each other so that other users can see what was done.

How to Setup IFS to Receive Einvoices via PEPPOL

Hello Community,We are using IFS Applications APP 10-UPD 15 version. Currently we are trying to Automate AP processing and decided to use E-invoicing with PEPPOL to receive all our supplier invoices. But we are not quite sure what is the setup needed in IFS Applications in order to process the PEPPOL einvoices/xml files we receive from the Access Point. Really appreciate if you could let us know the steps or some guidelines as to how we should do this setup in IFS.

When entering punch out adress in Cloud there are options for cXML and OCI but not PEPPOL. Is it possible to use PEPPOL-adress in the other versions or do Cloud not support PEPPOL punch out? Thanks!

FSM notification_log table housekeeping

The notification_log table in our databse is the largest table at 4.3GB. It has been logging all notifications since 2014.We only need perhaps 6 months of transactions in here. Does the application have any means to purge this table or is it something we would need to do in SQL?Thanks,Barry

Cash discount VAT calculation

When it comes to tax calculation with cash discount in Belgium it works a little different then IFS standard. In IFS there is a setting on company which says “tax reduction on discount”. This option lowers the VAT if the payment discount is deducted. However how the Belgium TAX system works is that you need to amend the base amount of the tax regardless of if the payment discount is used or not. Are there any other customers that have this issue in Belgium? How do you solve it?

How to Invoice block a customer order – Charge line

We would like to Invoice block a Freight Charge which is in order level. Could you please let us know if we can do Invoice block a customer order – Charge line, which is not connected to any Line? In some orders, we need to review/update our freight charges before it get invoiced. So we wanted to Invoice block the charge.If there is no way to Invoice block FREIGHT charge, Is it possible to connect the FREIGHT to a delivered order line and Invoice block the Order line and after Freight charge is reviewed/updated then uncheck Invoice block line and remove connection line to the Freight charge? Purchase authorization basic data

Hi,I have a couple of questions on the Authorization Routing Templates within Purchase Authorization Basic Data.Under Authorization Routing Templates there is an option to specify the step number. Where I have two individuals listed and I make them both step 10, does this mean that it only requires one of these individuals to authorise the PO, or does this mean it still needs two of them but they can do it in any order? our current setup is that we generally have only one authorizer listed in this section (as step 10) for lower value POs when only one authorizer is required, but we have two authorizers listed on higher value POs where two authorizers are required and at the moment these two authorizers are listed as step 10 and step 20 so need to authorize in that specific order. I’m trying to understand whether changing both authorizers to a step 10 on a higher value PO means that they are both still required to authorize the PO, or whether this then means only one of them need to a
