I have an example where I have a service contract with two service lines of type invoice plan. My Periodic invoicing is prior invoicing for the year. I.E. 7/1/2022 - 6/30/2023. My service line 1 has a valid from date from of 7/8/2022My Service Line 2 has a valid date from date of 7/15/2022 When I invoice these 2 lines for the first year IFS will prorate the invoice lines because they were not valid for the entire invoicing period. The IFS customer does not want these prorated and billed at full amount and the end date to be adjusted for a 1 year term based on the valid from date. So line 1 should generate for 7/8/2022 - 7/7/2023 and line 2 should generate for 7/15/2022 - 7/14/2023. Any ideas? I don’t think IFS will do this natively, wondering if anyone has some ideas?
I had some manual cash flow items that I have now removed and some repetitive cash flow items whewre I have amended the value (VAT and Salaries) however they are still showing on the cash flow report when I run it. Is there something I am missing in terms of further changes I need to make elsewhere in IFS? Thanks
I have imported the "fr" translated package and it has translated all the fields except the custom field. I created a custom field to display on the "Customers" list screen.After that, I added a translation for this field. However, even after refreshing the language cache, the translation is still not appearing on the screen.

Hi Experts,I have few question about long running jobs and how those to be planned in to several Visits. Please see example below.I have created a task with duration 12 hours where I need allow multiple visit with the Option enabled. First I tried direct assignment in Dispatch Console, there I could not see this Allow Multiple Visit is enabled though it is enabled in the task?? Then I cancelled it and tried drag and drop the Job to one of my Resource and this is how I see it.You can see it is evreywhere even outside the shift as the duration is 12 hrs. Qustion 1.How we can devide this for several visits at this point may be 4 hrs or 8 hrs slots so we can plan the Travel time as well here as it is required by the real business.It seems task will devide into few visits only it is transferred to the mobile but we need to plan our Travel before that? see how it is when we plan the travel: Still I could devide this into few visits?? Hello, I am new to IFS and would like to ask the following questions: Is IFS able to record a notice period for an employee and then do calculations against that date? Ie, if a notice period is 3 months, can this field be calculated to show 3 months from when they started?
Why the Inventory parts of negative quantities cannot be included in Count Report Have recreated 3 scenario in 23R2 Regional test LKP . Site: WFMscenario 1 Inventory part with 0 qty, scenario 2 Inventory part with 10 qty ,scenario 1another one with -80 qty. Count report is created for the SIV-M0003-1 = 0 Qty and SIV-M0001-1 = 10 qty. But For SIV-M0002-1= -80qty count report not created. In additional I found, in the Background job with warning Its shows Error Key value Why we have in the Error information it show Error Key Value. Can anyone can explain me why the inventory part negative quantity in stock not able to create count report.

Hi all, We have gone live with Cloud 23.3 mWO Service Engineer app. Many of our techs are reporting the app crashes often. I’m suspecting it is when the app goes to background tasks and the returning to the main screen. Has anyone seen it before? Is it an Android thing - perhaps trying to kill background jobs?The devices are on Android 13 (Galazy A34 5G)
Hello to the community, NB : I have 2 templates for customer payments, one where the account number is a default value on template + default value on message code set as well and when I use this one, payment is uploaded successfully. I copied this template and created a new one where there is no default value on account number so I can fill it in the imported document and I get the same error message everytime saying the system did not find the short name for the payment institute named SOGE. I think there might be something missing in the external payment parameter regarding the payment institute but I can’t figure out what exactly. Here are some screenshots of my external payment parameter : Here is the template i use with some default value set for message code. I don’t clearly understand how message code and externa payment parameters work in general so if you have any idea on the problem, please share your thoughts and experience. Thanks Tanya

We would like to issue the VAT margin scheme invoice. Is anybody who know what setting should we use in IFS? Should we add new fee code (tax code) or delivery type (if so what parameters should we use)?VAT margin schemes refers to second-hand items when you only paying VAT on the difference between the buying and the selling price.Best regerdsMarcin
