IFS APPS 10. We would like to test the usage of the “Estimated Future Demand” lobby element in our B2B Supplier Portal by having just one of our suppliers use it. Once we vet out the process, we will roll the lobby element out to the rest of the suppliers. Is there a way to allow just one of our suppliers to see the lobby element in the portal? Our purchasing team met with IFS on this and was told that it can be done, but I can’t find how. Thank you

Weird error in custom import

I have created an import template to populate the Notes field on Installed items. It works for most of the items (I import about 5000), but fails on about 20% - with the error being that the serial is not unique. But I have checked in items-table, and it is unique. Here is the error (for one line):

Cost Estimates - Project Monitoring

Hello, When using the Project module, we enter cost estimates in the “Tasks” tab.The origin of planned costs is set to “Activity resources”.Despite the fact that costs exist in the tasks tab and are attached to a cost item, they do not go up to the activity monitoring level. Could you tell me why?

Loading timeout error in the Shipment window > Available Lines tab in Cloud

Go to Any Shipment ID and go to Available Lines sub window.Available Lines tab is taking some time to load and after a while it is getting timeout notification as attached below. Has anybody noticed any workaround for this?

Mass issue inventory par from project materiels and services

Hi Community, I have a question regarding the project module. On the materials and services screen, I have some misc parts that I will supply using MRP. Once the reservation of the parts done, is there any option to do issue in mass all the parts ? It seems that the option is only available for each line individually. There is a possibility to create a project pick list but it seems to be a report and not linked to any logistic process. Any idea or suggestion regarding this process ? Thanks,

Custom enumeration limit

Hi everyone,I have just hit upon another issue and that is the maximum characters limit on a custom enumeration.Just wondering can I achieve what I am after by creating a CLU and the user selects what they are after from there ?.Not sure if this is even possible just a thought - please let me know your thoughts. Click field name to sort (Cloud)

Can anyone advise what my expectations should be in Cloud with regards to clicking a field name in order to sort results? The screenshot below is in Material/Services (Project Definition). I clicked Supply Option and it sorted by this field (confirmed by the up-pointing carat) but we were process testing in Receipts earlier today and clicking fields in the header didn’t appear to work. My colleague and I have encountered this in other screens too. I’m hoping it should be available view/application-wide …?? Thanks!Linda

Report Designer: Mismatch between total span of value

We have a couple of report layouts that can’t be opened in Report Designer 200.3.0000The layouts work in IFS Cloud to generate printouts and they can be opened and modified in the older Report Designer for v10 (100.0.0003).The error message given, when opening the layout, in the latest version:“Mismatch between total span of value of 120 and no of columns of the table”Clicking OK on the message, the layout is closed and not possible to edit in this version. I can’t find anything in the documentation about this error, or anyone who can answer and help me how to address the issue.To be able to work around this I had to install the old version of Report designer on a different server, because the old version requires Java 8 while the new version requires Java 11 and I can’t make them co-exist on the same computer. The only location where ‘120’ exists in the RDL is in this location: <table-cell> <properties>

Revision Phase in Date : automatic changes

Hello Community,I would like to know how is it possible to change automatically the Phase In date of the revision while we create an inventory part ?I check another topic, where it is mentionned that I can do this thing by Custom Events.SO I created a custom events that is triggered well while Invdntory Part is created. But I think something is wrong with my custom action see below :I tried both of these solutions :That is the error while creating an inventory part :Maybe I’m trying to update something that is not existing for now. Use ACP to backup and restore Page Designer mods to MaintEngApp in different context

In IFS Apps 10, we have made Page Designer modifications to MaintEngApp (for Mobile Work Order) and associated them with a specific context in order to map them to a user group. Now we are looking for a way to duplicate these changes, but associate them with a different context/group. What would happen if we placed these in an Application Configuration Package, exported them to XML, then modified the XML, changing the context values (SCOPE_ID), then import the ACP back into the same environment?

MWO Navigator designer changes

In core MWO application, there are some functionalities only available in the MWO navigator section, not as separate tiles (Ex: My Misc Allocations, My Work calendar).However, if mwo users wish to see them as tiles we can add it via Navigator designer.But the problem is that when the new tiles are added, they are being added to the mwo navigator as well. Therefore, they end up as duplicates in the mwo navigator. Is there a way to keep only one entry in mwo navigator, such as hiding unnecessary items from navigator? So the questions are; how do get the standard items to be visible in the Dasbhoard OR how do I remove the standard items from the Navigator?Thanks and Regards,

ZPL Reports are not working in 24R1.1.5

Hi ,After installing version 24R1.1.5, ZPL layouts are not functioning correctly in our environments. The customer is encountering issues with duplicate labels and partially filled labels with missing information. The same layout works as expected in version 23R2.The XML is receiving the data correctly, and the IFS standard report layout prints as expected. We have refreshed the report cache and updated the client metadata from the report definition, but the issue persists.The printed ZPL file body contains duplicate sets of tags, with the first set of tags missing values.Do we need to perform any additional setup for other plugin-type layouts due to the newly introduced time zones?Many thanks for your inputs on this issue.Best regards,Uvini

Problem with lov on Purchase Order

Hi,I'm having trouble displaying records when selecting aggrements on a purchase order. The problem is unusual because when the application is in English aggrements are visible (screen1). However, when I switch to Polish, the contracts are not visible and cannot be selected from the list (screen2). All caches (screen3) and language caches (screen4) have been refreshed. Have any of you encountered a similar problem?regardsDaniel

Customer Credit Management Analysis Access

Hey Community, we want to use the customer credit management. Does anybody know how to limit the access within the tabel “Customer Credit Analysis”? So far if we set up CRM for each customer, everybody which has access to that table see the turnover of the lase 365 days of all customers.In Credit Management Basic Data it is possible to set up Credit Analysis Groups and allocate User to that Groups. Nevertheless we set up such group with only one User, and allocate that group to one customer, all other user are able to see the Customer Credit Analysis for that Customer.regards Sebastian

Issue logging into IFS Cloud Scan It App

Hi All,I’m encountering the following error when trying to log in to the customer use place environment via the Scan It app:"An error has occurred. There is no active application version for [ScanIt]."All the necessary Wadaco client settings have been correctly configured, and the required permissions are granted for my user. Hello IFS Community,In my company we are using IFS 9.4 version. I want to copy a serial object from the USA site to another INDIAN object. How can I do this? When I want to copy this object, it does not allow me to enter a different serial number in this object. A person on the INDIAN site cannot see this serial object

Navigating to a survey

Hi all.I need to be able to navigate to a survey using the client script. The goToScreen() function does not seem to allow this and gives a null reference error. Here is the line I am using: goToScreen("DebriefSurvey5");The idea is to press a button to go to an individual survey.Another instance I need to do this is when I want to sometimes not show a mandatory survey that is followed by another survey. I need to be able to navigate to a survey screen in this case.

FSM Mobile - decimal cut off

Hi all,When I fetch a Part (in mobile), it will be cut off if there are more then 8 numbers after the . (dot). The field is a String, adjusting the metadata hasn't been succesfull so far. However the value is correct in a Alert, but when pushing the data via a savadatatransaction the value is cut off again..See screenshot.

Spain Localization

IFS CLOUDI would like to know some information related to Spain Localization .1.In our TEST environment, it was possible for me to enable Spain localization and do the necessary mapping for SII and Generate XML, however i have not configured IFS connect for this yet . Does this mean that i can enable the localization without further cost?2.If there are some instruction on enabling transformers to get the Generated file , please provide steps2.Also When i enable this Localization what i'm interested only to use SII but with that one more service get enabled and it shows this is mandotory . Does this mean I have to use that as well. We are currently manually preparing this 347 to 115 . We haven't planned use this functionality right now but later on . can you please if this is mandotory to use it ?3-. To submit SII , should we use third party service to submit this to TAX Authority . is it a must or are there any alternatives
