Hi Sanjay, as far as I know that is hardcoded in IFS: when all lines are closed, the header gets the status closed. Either you change the order of actions (add a new line before closing the previous), or reopen a previous line, add the new line and close the previous line again.Regards, roel

Hi Dawn, this cannot be done within the core security concept with the permissions sets, but it can be done with an event/action that blocks any modification to ‘A’ except when the user is ‘XYZ’ . Either hardcode and maintain those users within the configuration or put them in a designated custom table./Roel

Hi Rajesh, my date formats are a bit different than yours, but I suspect that putting in this:to_date('&REG_DATE','DD/MM/YYYY HH:MI:SS AM','NLS_CALENDAR=GREGORIAN')instead of passing on the date value into the method directly should resolve your error. try to get it to work in PL SQL putting in String instead of Date as a test value for a valid test in PL SQL. Hi Rajesh, I do not see the PL/SQL block but my first guess is that your issue is related to the date format. Oracle seems to try to convert a ‘NOV’ to an ‘11’ or something. My next step would be to understand the date formatting and if needed, convert explicitly to VARCHAR2 and then to date.Regards, Roel

There is an excel add-in, there is the migration job tool, there is the .NET Access provider and 3rd party tools, there are PL/SQL scripts and yes, there is also the ‘incoming customer order’ functionality in the application. That last one however is designed to ongoingly create customer orders on a day-to-day basis. Hi Heather, I understand. Counting consignment stock in or out at the customer location is not supported by IFS with either count reports or with the ‘count inventory part’ functionality. What I suggested above are ways to work around this to process count results. Creating some kind of counting list you can do with an excel export from the screen you mentioned.The consignment button only works for supplier consignments residing in your own inventory.In other words - the feature you are looking for does not exist as such in IFS10 as far as I know.Regards, Roel
Hi Heather, I am not aware of any functional support when it comes to making stock adjustments on customer consignment levels. I do not see any other options than: Counted more than registered in IFS: Count in your own stock and ship it with a refill order.Counted less than registered in IFS:Report it as consumed (the presumption here is that the customer is financially responsible for the loss, regardless of whether they used or have lost it. Undo the customer order delivery and count it out (when your organisation takes financial responsibility) Regards, Roel

hi Susan, IFS has a separate column to keep track of the aqcuisition value when the part is customer-owned, but supplier owned stock is not within the scope of that functionality:Maybe you can use the principle of this at least for a configuration/modification/extention to resolve your requirement? The simplest option would be 2 custom fields, one on the SFPP with the part value (or even use the price field), and one on stock records that multiplies quantity with given value.Best of luck, Roel
