Import Demand Planning Forecasts - Various Demand Time Fences

We have a Customer who has various order lead times, for example:Batch of Products A - Day 1 Order for Day 2 Delivery order profile - Demand Time Fence = 1Batch of Products B - Day 1 Order for Day 3 Delivery order profile - Demand Time Fence = 2Parts are defined as SU/JSAI...[Varietal Code]...[Numerical Code]When we Import Demand into IFS we would import by either SU% or SU/MARS%, drilling further down would not be feasible given the number of SKU’s.On the Import Demand Planning Forecast window we have to select the appropriate Date Interval Start Date & End Date.When the start date is equal to Batch of Products A - Demand Time Fence +1 we experience an inflated value for all Batch of Products B. If we run with Products B - Demand Time Fence +2 we lose a days Forecast values for Batch of Products A. I have attached an old test plan, it’s a difficult issue to follow / explain but wondered if anyone else had had similar experiences or perhaps there is something we are missing or some

apps9 - AP kpi report needed for purchasing team displaying which POs matched to a supllier invoice 1st time. any ideas where to start?

I need to come up with a repo to show management how many times a supplier invoice has matched to a PO. we have issues where people forget to receipt and would like to be able to measure when a user tries and fails to match on first pass? anybody know of anything I can work from?

Splitting Credit Card Payments in Aurena

Using Aurena Client version 10.8.94.0.On the Expense Sheet Details screen in Aurena, I am trying to add a credit card transaction as a expense. For the highlighted expense, I would like to split the amount into 2 expense lines so that it can be linked to different accounts. Once I click on Add as Expense, I modify the Gross Currency Amount so that a line with Gross Amount = $10 is added to the Expense and Allowances section. But once I click on OK, it seems to add the whole amount (i.e. $26.2) rather than the Gross Currency Amount that I have specified. I also turned on the “Partial Balance” setting on the Credit Card Configuration screen in Aurena - This works perfectly in IFS. The $10 amount is added as an expense and the pending $16.20 remains on the Credit Card tab of the Expense Sheet screen in IFS to be added as an expense later. Does anyone know if I am missing out on any setup or if this is a bug in Aurena?

Apps 9: How many processes do you have in your batch queues?

We have issues where functionality slows down, and I have noticed it can be caused by large jobs being undertaken during the day. These are often cleared through relatively quickly but we are then left with a backlog of jobs waiting.We currently have 1 process on each of the 10 queues we have setup.I would like to increase that for jobs that are not required to run on a single threaded queue but am concerned on the fall out.How many batch queues do you have configured, and do you have more than one process on any of these??

IAL scheduling error

Hi,When I am trying to schedule an IAL in IFS10, the background job is showing error details as “Table not found. Redeploy the scripts manually ORA-20105: IalObject.REPTABNOTEXIST”When the same IAL is configured as Live data, then there is no issue in fetching data.Could anyone help in resolving this error? Thanks in advance!

Safety stock changes back to 0

I used migration job to update the safety stock attributes in the Master part. The mig job was successful but the next morning the safety stock attributes changed back. There is a task for updating safety stock but it is not scheduled and has no history in bk jobs. What can be the reason?

FSM 5.7 Update11- Schedule Board Performance

Hi,Over the weekend we update FSM from 5.7u5 to u11.Since then we’re seeing performance issues with loading the Schedule Board in FSM.One day’s worth of shifts, tasks, exceptions etc. is taking c.35 seconds to load. We noticed an issue in DEV and UAT with a long running query and applied an index to resolve that.I can drop jobs in UAT and flood a specific day and that tasks about 7 to 8 seconds to load. Yet the same process in Live is taking 5 times as long. Has anyone else noticed an impact on the Schedule Board either after applying a patch update, or going to Update 11 specifically? We’re still reviewing the indexes but anyone got any more suggestions? RegardsAdy

I have an urgent issue where application messages are stuck at processing - which appears to be filling the archive logs.Everytime i try to stop the job i receive an error message informing me that the ‘application message object has been locked by another user’.Any ideas??

EDI overwriting manual schedules

Has anyone had the issue to where you create a customer schedule but once an EDI for that customer comes in that it completely erases the schedule you created? Is there any way where the created schedule and the EDI would just combine the amounts for parts together?

Business Rule XML message parameters

I have a business rule on task_attachment table, but in my output XML, I need the request_id of the request that the associated task is attached to. It seems that I can only access fields from the task_attachment table as parameters in my output XML. I understand I can include a select XML query in my output XML to lookup other values. Can someone please post an example of how to do this? Thanks in advance

Issue in web-client while passing date parameters

Web client is not able to parse date parameter for any report whether it is standard FSM report or custom reports. When we are passing the date parameter from smart client the report is being generated , however from web -client we are getting error for the same set of parameters.Our detailed requirement is as follows:Technicians has task to complete and each task may have multiple steps to be done. In the task status flow, after reaching onsite, technician needs to select the status as ‘In-Process’ first to start working on the task. After completion of all steps under the task only, technician will be able to change the task status as ‘Completed’. Unless technician fills up his findings against all the steps, system will not allow him to change the task status as ‘Completed’ and show him an error message (like ‘Steps are not completed’). Please note that the requirement is to be handled through client scripts, etc. (but not through Business Rule) so that technician can get this error

Hi,I have a persistent field with a reference in IEE, But in Aurena its not showing any reference for that field.I have enabled the LOV property as below, but still seems like its not picking up. CRP run time

We have around 10 sites all running in same database.All jobs like MS, MRP and CRP needs to be run daily due to our line of business.We now run in to issues that the “night window” is getting too small and jobs are not ready in time in the morning.Especially the CRP is taking very long time to run for some sites, up till 90 minutes.Does anybody know what is impacting the CRP execution time the most?Is it the number of workcenters in use, or the number of shoporder requisitions in the system (master schedules set to create sp for entire horizon) or a combination.Any advise on this would be appreciated.
