Hi,

Over the weekend we update FSM from 5.7u5 to u11.

Since then we’re seeing performance issues with loading the Schedule Board in FSM.

One day’s worth of shifts, tasks, exceptions etc. is taking c.35 seconds to load.

 

We noticed an issue in DEV and UAT with a long running query and applied an index to resolve that.

I can drop jobs in UAT and flood a specific day and that tasks about 7 to 8 seconds to load. Yet the same process in Live is taking 5 times as long.

 

Has anyone else noticed an impact on the Schedule Board either after applying a patch update, or going to Update 11 specifically? 

We’re still reviewing the indexes but anyone got any more suggestions?
