apps9 - AP kpi report needed for purchasing team displaying which POs matched to a supllier invoice 1st time. any ideas where to start?

I need to come up with a repo to show management how many times a supplier invoice has matched to a PO.

we have issues where people forget to receipt and would like to be able to measure when a user tries and fails to match on first pass?

anybody know of anything I can work from?
