Automatically route email to Business Mail

We are running Apps10 UPD10We have a general inbox where all emails that come into that email address will be logged in Business Mail. Is there a way to automate this so we don’t need a user to go through all of the manual steps?

Delivery Note Sequence Error

Steps –Customer order created. Release, reserve and pick the customer order. This was done through both EE and on WaDaCo. Same outcome. Deliver the order, and then check the background jobs and gives the below error. Even though IFS has a warning the order does still get a delivery note number.

Resource Analysis Graph Legend

Is there any way to disable / hide unused graph icons on the resource analysis view?We are not using Maintenance Order, Shop Order or Production Schedule and it would make the view a lot cleaner and simpler if these options could be hidden.

Logging user login and their environment

Hi!As we have a lot of users using both mobile/portal and smart client, we’d wan’t to track the usage of the different “licenses used”.F.ex a named user has the ability to both log in to the mobile, portal and smart client, but is there any way we are able to log/track usage of each of these?We’ve tried adding br’s for person_login_history to add data when the table is inserted to, but to no avail, as this seems to be inserted before the br’s are able to run.So, is there a reasonable way to differentiate between different types of login and be able to log this information?

Outbound Message - Processes

Hello, We are trying to put together the xml maps for an outgoing message. In this message we want to send the result of an integration function (with different inputs) in two different tags: The expected result is “ok” for the AtewlsNotes - result of the first process - and “notok” for CheckNetworkChange/Code - result of the second process.However what we obtain it the following: It seems that the result of the second process is being stored in the first tag.Is this the right behaviour? FSM - Time Clocks

Hi All, I have an issue with configuring automatic Time Clocks to the TASK table.Please find the attachment of the Time Clocks screen to see how I have configured the settings. I have configured these settings to record a NPU (Labor and Expenses) according to the status of the task. This was configured in the FSM 6 CMB Smart Client, and it didn’t work on this environment (It simply did nothing, there were no errors) but it worked on the FSM 6 US Smart Client. Kindly let me know the correct steps to setup automatic Time Clocks and why this was working fine in US environment but not in CMB environment.Thank you Best regards,Geeth

Mark holidays in calendar with color

Is it possible to show public holidays/non-working days (f.ex sundays) as a different color in the datepicker?Marked days are non-working days and public holidays, and we would like to have these in another color/greyed out/etc. to indicate to the user that the day is not selectable.This applies to all datepickers, and should follow a specific calendar.

Best Practice to send Suppliers Purchase Order Terms and Conditions

Hello IFS Community, We just went live on APPs 10 Nov 1 2021. Prior to IFS, our ERP had our boiler plate terms and conditions attached to each purchase order when emailed to the suppliers. We have since lost that capability in IFS.What do other IFS users do to ensure that their suppliers have their standard terms and conditions? Our preferred is that they go with every purchase order, but if that is not possible, what is the best practice solution that others are using?Thank you!

Community, We have a request that the notes entered in Posting Proposals window would be able to open to all people which has the permission to use this window, but right now we realized, the notes entered in here is not open for everyone. user can enter their own notes, but can not be seen each other.wondering how we could make it open for everyone?Thank you.

Apps 10 Upgrade caused Vertex to be activated instead of Avalara

Hi All,One of our customers raised the below concern, Where they are running applications 9 in production and it has Avalara defined and operational. However, during the Upgrade from apps 9 to apps 10 Vertex Q series was activated instead of Avalara in the Company Tax control window. They have made a change, but is this normal? Postings on GL Voucher details in Apps9

In one of my upgrade project (from Apps8 to Apps9) I see one difference in the postings coming out from expense sheet i.e it is divided into several lines each pertaining to different types of expense, for ex- One line from Mileage, one line from Compensation and one from expense tab, further if Expense tab has three lines for example two for NOK (currency) and one line for EUR then the postings in GL reflects two lines (one clubbed with NOK amount and the other one for EUR). The observation is though currency reflected is in EUR but the final amount is in NOK Earlier in apps8, under the same scenario only one line was posted with currency NOK. Is there anything that we can control on the Expense sheet or in Finance for this case?Observation from Finance-GL account will show all 3 currencies at all time. Transaction currency, accounting currency and parallel currency. Currency is not a control type because the postings in GL will be in NOK as well as currency.

When Cancelling on Incompleting work assignments, there is this option to “Suggest to Reassign the Task”. Can you please explain how this functionality work. If PSO is used will the inform PSO regarding the reassigning ? Thanks !

Work Order error File format is not valid message

We have a work order that has been created and the user has added a sticky note. When the user finally went to Prepare the work order they received the message File format is not valid…. I went into the work order and the work order opens, displays the sticky note and then displays the File format is not valid message.. Clicking Close just loops the message and end up having to kill the session as I couldn’t leave the page. Any ideas why this would. Also why file type is a sticky message.

I recently moved the MWS from an old server to a new server and am seeing this error message in the TASTRACE fileUser IFSMOBILITY has not been granted access to activity UplinkServicesFailed to register Downlink Url 'https://ifstasdev.cpk.chpk.com/' with 'https://dvsappifs01.cpk.chpk.com:58080/' running as 'IFSMOBILITY'Unexpected error while calling server method UplinkServices/RegisterUplinkURL(Where does this server method exist and is there a config file associated?)I have verified IFSMOBILITY is granted FND_TOUCHAPPS_CONFIG permission set.** FYI - we just moved our current Oracle 12c db to a new oracle 19c db using export/import methodology - not sure if anything needs to be done to grant this access from a db perspective with Oracle 19C.Where can I begin to look for why this issue may be occurring.We are running APPS9 UD17 with mWO 2.8 & 2.14I have tried running both mWO 2.8 and 2.14 - both give the same error on TAS.I am wondering do I need to rerun the TAS installer to re-re

Write-off Code LOV Availability

Finance user in Apps9 is attempting to enter a negative customer offset and would like the Write-off Code list of values to be available when entering. Currently that list of values only appears when the amount is a positive offset. Only work around we have found is to create an instant invoice for the positive amount and then enter that offset against it. Does anyone know of a way to configure that Write-off codes to appear with negative offsets?
